Can we just take a moment to appreciate the reporter? What an involved, brave, compassionate guy. We need more reporters like him
Tholoana Müller 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Yes, he was very compassionate and brave
Compassionate and determined to see the story through to the end. God bless them all.

I just love what her adopted mother said, "I can love that little child".
😢I literally Had tears falling down when she said that
I know🥲 and the adoptive parents meeting her thought-to-be “real parents” was so sweet😭
I shade tears through out th episode.may sh find comfort
True but not in all cases sadly 😢
Ugh. White savior story
Oooh! This made me cry! Adoptive parents are super great, Reporter is super great, Husband is the best, the village people are great! Kids are cute! I am super proud of everyone in this video!
Yesssss!! It was meant to play out the way it did.
😂😂😂👏👏☮️🇬🇧
Me too! They are all great! Every last one of them. Yes, much respect to the reporter! The village children really got to me. Just pure love shown and then sharing more love with this new baby boy! Only problem is I wish we could get an update on the family and how the baby is coming along.
Thank you very much.
All emotional The real mom is scared ,I love ❤️ to hear what she says about her abandoned baby.
She thought her purpose was to meet her family! It wasn't! God sent here there for the little baby boy!

That’s exactly what came to my mind.
God is amazing 😉

I was thinking the same thing ..look at God

Her husband! HE is a keeper! HE IS A KEEPER! Incredible! I love this family! Wow! What an emotional rollercoaster! The tears! I need tissue.
My sentiment ecaxtly!!!
African m'en have to follow that examples how the husband takes care of his family's
@Grace Munich Yeah, after the cruel treatment immediately after birth, Abii is blessed to have a great person for a husband. She's blessed with wonderful children.....what else would a girl ask for?
Indeed, she deserves all the ❤️
A total keeper right?? ❤ what a beautiful wonderful story and a wonderful outcome for that beautiful abandoned baby boy 👶🏿🎉❤🎉
Huge respect to her adoptive parents for giving her a better life and the love she deserves. May God bless them.
Her sister looks much healthier so so much for that better life.🥴
Exactly!”Better Life” by whose definition.
The reporter is just an amazing man. I take my hat off to him for making such a huge effort in helping this young woman out ❤
I prayed God's devine guidance to this family. Blessings 💞🙏
Adoptive parents are God sent, they are beautiful people..
Amen because they choose the child to become their parents.
Yes
I was adopted when i was 12 years old they are very special people
I dare say
Most of them are....I hope.
I knew the moment she held him she was going to want to adopt that baby.

Now I was strong throughout until 26:50. It broke me. The way she sobbed and the reporter to crying. He's so deep and connected to this. What a great reporter.
I respect her husband and her adoptive parents, the way he supported her. God bless them all.🙏❤

The little boys face was priceless when the reporter said the little girl has a boyfriend.
Lol 😂 I loved he’s answer!! He’s were serious!!!
He refused like "nooooop😼" 😹
In Africa, younger kids hate it when someone claims they are their husbands/wives. I used to be same.
Little boy is like, "sir that's my cousin!"
Benediction Garcon same😂 I would cry when my mom said I was somebody’s wife😭😭😭
This needs to be seen around the globe; Maybe a Movie? Beautiful story, left me in tears and wanting to stay updated on their lives! The reporter deserves a nobel peace prize for this story.
I was waiting to see a comment like this; I need more of this story...I have so many more questions, I need an update...I'm freaking out. Make the damn movie or netflix series already!!!
The adoptive parents are the epitome of the word AWESOME, naturally good people all around. I fell in love with the adoptive parents, and the parents who thought she was theirs. Beautiful people.
This reporter is now my favorite. He is compassionate when needed and aggressive when it is called for. I never really paid attention to reporters but this is the third episode I have watched with him in it. This by far is the best yet
What other stories has he done? Please share.I agree he is actually one of the most normal reporters I have ever seen
The little boy after he was told he was a boyfriend.......his face got me
I love how involved he is! People have chosen professions depending on $$, but some chose according to their destiny!
It def shows which one this journalist chose!😍

Yeahhhh I love him too
And he is similar to the singer Niall Horan
When she held the abandoned baby boy and started crying I felt that pain in my soul...omgosh 😥
I'd have taken him but me and my wife don't have the finances to adopt but more than enough to raise a child
Brett Kelly Wait...didn’t Abby and her husband adopt him?
Asabi Fatosin yes
I felt so sad when the dna test didnt match. Did they went back to adopt that baby? 🤔🤔
I've never been so heartbroken for someone I'm not related to or don't know personally. The fact that her own birth mother is refusing to give DNA for a test has to be devastating. She's such a strong woman to be able to deal with that.
I think her birth mother is the lady who refused to do a dna she was young out of wedlock n got rid of her
It Saddens me the Secrets Family Keeps . I found out a Year ago my Cousin ( Favorite to be exact) is my Blood Sister with my Dad and She’s my Cousin on my Moms Side . It tore her apart at first. My Family has been giving away kids to sisters and Aunts for so long . 😔
😢this story made me 😭
This story definitely needs a part 2. Love to Abii and her family from Washington DC USA. You are loved and you are blessed. Many thanks for sharing your story. I believe your mother will have to courage to come to you someday, soon. The best reunion story by far. The other is the filipino boy who got lost in the market place and got adopted, aslo in Australia. Australians seems to have the biggest hearts ❤️
Yep, definitely a part 2 is needed...many unanswered questions, like did the first Dr deliberately falsify results and why? Was there some kind of understanding between that Dr and the family in Zimbabwe? It seemed Abii had a gut feeling something didn't sit right or else what prompted her to do a second DNA test?
@@ogalaali4439I'm sure that Doctor did exactly what you are suspecting. All the lies that he told about the reporter. Shame on him. He will never have peace due to his allegations and lies.
Definitely part 2 is needed
Them African men who volunteered to be Abbie's Texas rangers are amazing
There is no such thing in zimbabwe called volunteering work trust me l am.zimbabwean through and through and no zimbabwean will work for free .the whole story just don't add up trust me.
Also if abi never went to australia this family would have told her to get LOST if the turned at there door step
They're the real heroes
Right how did the Texas Rangers find That particular famil
@I just got TANNED look.about the twine they don't say anything about the twin sister so why didn't they tell her the truth then after all the DNA PROVES she not the mother .
"You sounddlike a true Aussie"
She is a True Aussie....... Australia is all she has ever known.
Yeah that was weird. I'm from UK and I can't imagine ever talking to a black person and telling them 'you sound like a true brit' 😂. Like obviously if you've been raised around 99% British folk you will sound just like us.
Yeah It’s kind of racist/xenophobic because they assume all Australians are white but the natives are the complete opposite 😂 just like on every other colonized continent
@@Shortcvke I don't think I'd call it racism just ignorance.
Toni I said xenophobia as well, all in all it’s discrimination on some account. Racism doesn’t have to loud and aggressive there’s things such as micro aggressions and this one of them

I’ve recently been through the same experience I KNEW she was going to adopt that boy! No way she couldn’t me neither! Heart wrenching tale
I must say the husband, the adoptive parents and how humble they are .I believe indeed nothing happens for nothing." All things work together for our good "
Who else watching with me? I’m crying
I cried sooo much
Me too...tears
i am not crying... i was watching this while preparing lunch and it included onions... no crying here :)
I cried a lot
I cried but I think I went through all the other emotions as well. Anger at that idiot trying to cover his incompetence over the DNA blunder with his hoax attempt kidnapping, the probable real mother refusing to take a DNA test but a degree of sympothy for her as well because she was only 14 at the time and probably scared out of her wits. Happy that after traveling all that way it was not for nought; they are still family and I'm betting her biological mother will come clean one day when she's ready and I have hope that all will be forgiven. Joy (oddly) at thinking she was stolen and not dumped on the side of a road as she believed for 38 years to find out she very well may have been dumped at the side of a road. She got a new born BABY that she saved from EXACT situation!!!! I pray he grows up wonderful and BLESSES them. Oh my God I can go on and on because this truly was a rollercoaster that you had to grip with both hands.
I'd just like to add that I think she is such a beautiful woman inside and out. I can imagine what an adorable baby she was. Who wouldn't want that woman for their own daughter? She's marked for success. God bless her! And God bless that wonderful man she married! What a story! ❤️🙏❤️
That boy on being referred to as a "boyfriend" almost stole the show.
Yesss😂😂😂😂😂

Because they are possibly cousin

Lol like he couldn't believe it. He was probably like, "hell no, am a darn kid!"😂😂😂😂
The feeling is overwhelming......I love my motherland AFRICA❤❤
Thanks to the adoptive parents for taking the courage to care for Abby....
Africa is a Continent, not a motherland. It has over 60 countries. Just saying
Can we talk about how hands on the reporter is? You can tell he truly cares about others and he was with her every step of the way. What a compassionate person!❤
He legit almost got sent to prison for her, he was absolutely willing to fight.

What a beautiful story. This documentary had me bawling my eyes out with tears of joy for all involved. What a wonderful God we have that a stolen baby left on the side of the road now has two such amazingly kind and loving families. Abii has a great purpose in this life and her story was very meticulously designed by God. The purpose may not be known for many generations, but it was definitely meant to be. I'm so happy for you Abii (all the way from San Antonio, Texas.)
I cried like a baby watching this . I could feel the love. The way they welcomed her home was amazing .
She was raised in Queensland from two months old. What other accent is she supposed to have🤦🏾♀️🤷🏽♀️
She moved to Queensland at 7, not as a baby
Lynn Moses She was adopted by her parents in Queensland at two months.
BigDreams CAB sure thing
No she wasn’t. It clearly stated she was adopted over in Africa and lived there until she was 7 before moving to Australia
Hayley McCure They said she was in Queensland from the time of two months. Regardless of being adopted by her family, she was already in the area.
The second she held that baby boy for the first time, I saw it in her eyes. I knew she wasn’t leaving Africa without that little one, she fell in love instantly.

OMG, This hit home for me. I was adopted at 6 months old due to my mom dying in a car accident. My BFF found my biological family in 2009 and meeting all of them a week later was beyond my wildest dreams. My children and I were given the Antwon Fisher ( movie) moment. I cried and cried because I had waited for that for over 47 years. Watching this made me cry all over again. Everyone involved was marvelous except the guy that lied about the DNA test. How could you play with someone's life. Hopefully they are all at peace now. There's nothing like family and everyone should know their family.
I can understand why the biological mum might have wanted her past to remain secret, because she gave birth at 14 years old...a child herself; at least that's what I understood.
I think that he didn't lie because he wanted to I think he lied because he had to keep the family Secret because you saw her her cousin leave in the back of that truck there was a lot of secrecy going on there because something bad happened in the family that happens in many families in all countries but the Elder people were always more secretive than nowadays so I don't think anybody knew except for the cousin and the mother but anyways I don't think he did it out of malice but still a lie is a lie
I am not surprised about Tinashe Mugabe
He is from the family of liars they got away with everything in Zimbabwe
I feel sorry for the family
So happy for you. Stay blessed. XX
@@poppyflower7873 Thank you for explaining the story. At fourteen yes this would be a deeply held secret with a cover story. Which means that she did find her birth mother and the performance was to cover the truth. Maybe she will unite with her in the future. I suspected that the truth was covered up to prevent shame at a 14 year olds pregnancy as it would implicate either a non consensual relationship or a love affair which could have been covered up for the families reputation. I do believe she met her mother the aunt and truly felt it.
I love how they still treated her like nothing changed even with what happened. Both sets of parents are just beautiful people. Abby is truly blessed and so is that beautiful baby boy!

My question is who is her father?
It seems to me that if she is related to one of the siblings but they don't have the same mother, then they must have the same Father.
So it would appear the hush up is because the related daughter's father had sexual relations with the one she believes is her mom.
Does this sound probable to any one else.

you have to be fairly intelligent to make an instrument
@ISADORA MORI ALIAGA Please tell me what white culture is even remotely close to the African????
@ISADORA MORI ALIAGA wtf is you talking about.
Beautiful culture? People will sell there soul, “or yours” for a dollar. Life is cheap, dog eat dog mentality with most being able to lie straight to your face if it means something for them. The DNA company couldn’t even be trusted. Like all undeveloped countries, human desperation creates desperate often depraved people. What’s beautiful about that. It’s amazing the romantic view you’ve gotten from your cosy safe armchair.

The best reporter /man covered this story.Absolutely brilliant lad.
Reportee spent hours and in jail by that THUG!!!
He has the kind eyes of someone who is spiritual. Just beautiful like an old soul. Wish he would be a news anchor for American networks. He has a warmth that we all need in the divided crazy place where we now. Too many Americans forget we are a nation of immigrants, and this reporter who is from another country, just as our ancestors, could see both our beauty and our contradictions.
I was glued to this story. I cried when Abbie got the bad news. I hope one day her family will tell her the truth. I think the guy who is in charge of DNA wants to keep the family secret, but he did not have to come across as an a-hole. And when another baby was found abandoned, it makes me wonder if the families knew. I am praying that the truth comes out, and that everyone will accept it. But they have to stop with all these secrets. Abbie and hew new son deserve much, much more.
something fishy about him...
I found him irritating - too pushy trying to get emotional responses to questions. Also, overly familiar, such as when he was hugging her and calling her 'darlin' or something like that I believe she didn't like it and pulled away.
God bless abis adopted parents Thumbs up also Mat her husband and others

Are you all serious?
He's ignorant about race and racism (no surprises as many white Australians are like this).
Why did he ask her where she got her Australian accent from when shes been their from since she was a kid????? Wtf?!?
Sad that she didn`t get the closure she really needed. She was so close and i feel like her birth mom is ashamed of what the family and society will say (talking from Zimbabwean experience). God has blessed you in so many ways Abbie, he knew you needed better parents that`s why you ended up in Australia. Much love from Zimbabwe...we are family xoxo!
What do you mean by "better" parents? From what I saw the parents who adopted her were good parents to her. God made it necessary for her to find the other side of her family. He works in mysterious ways.
Do you think it could have been an incest issue or a case of a teacher taking advantage of a student?
@@TheQueenIsWithin That was my first thought.
If it was her grandfather who is actually her father that is something many families would never admit to. It is way more common than most think
Yes! Better Parents, better Life too with a Good husband. if she Grew up in Zimbabwea I'm just wondering/thinking what will happen to Her,maybe a Hard Life & won't able to be Lived a Comfortable life (Sorry! 4 My English) "Everything happens 4 a Reason" I think it's 4 her own good. Btw Comparing to Zimbabwe Australia is like a Paradise
@@samyichawngthu8028 Exactly what i meant. She is blessed she grew up in Australia than in poverty stricken Zimbabwe.
This whole video was magic and these people are awesome, every single one of them!
The most beautiful and heartwarming story and she’s lucky to have 4 parents to love her and all her families
Worse then this happen to my family the suffering of my daugther soon I will reveal the true how she was harming. The truths will be reveal.
I can't stop crying. A lot of good-hearted people, the adoptive parents, the men who searched the family, the reporters, the community who go out in mass and with music to receive her families and herself! Ohhhh my God!
The Lord sent Abby back for the baby boy. He didn’t send her for a family. She has had her family for 36 years.
I pray that God continues to bless them all. This story really tore me up. Everyone is so lovely and kind. Abby’s parents love her so much. Her husband adores her, her children are all healthy and happy. This is Love. This is family.
Be well sweet Abby. 🌺🙏🏽❤️
Ham prays every 2020
Amen
Very true, if the DNA hadn't match she wouldn't have gone in time to meet the abandoned boy. God works in mysterious ways
