      Benj de la Cruz well the title does say how to clean coins in less then a min. With that said anyone who was paying attention. As soon As u held them up You can tell your coins are not from coin roll hunting or cherry picking. And clearly were dug up or pulled out from under a floor matt. That's pretty slick. If you aren't worried about being done in 1 min. Do you half to shake them still . To make it work. You can still find good error coins valuable coins in the beach or dug up so I'd be a little worried about extra unnecessary damage trying to hurry because I found some pretty rare finds with my detector. But if you're just after face value and not worried about it try to make an extra Buck or two for nothing that's a hell of an idea works good

    A lot of hate for this video. This video is saying for a common coin to use for shopping or buying a cheeseburger. Not for your gold coins or coins going up for auction. It is for crap coins from metal detecting to get them through coinstar or for purchase. If this helps getting crap coins traded at the bank for dollars then this is a good idea. Don't be COIN SNOBS or jerks about this. Get a life.

When I stumbled across this video I decided to comment on it because, like many other coin collectors, I know better than to clean my coins. My only suggestion for cleaning coins is, if you feel the need to do so, take them to a professional to have them cleaned.
      With that said, I myself do not trust anyone to clean my coins.

I do not have a choice but cleaned my 900 pieces of coins so that I can use it to buy anything. But mutilated coins will be kept as trash.

    I totally get that some coins are so grimy and nasty that you don't even want to hold them in your hands, so unless they are particularly rare and valuable somehow, a light surface washing which does not chemically interact with the coin patina is okay. However, this method looks like a great way to put bag mark type damage all over the coins. It can't be good for them to rub against each other that hard for that long. Oh yes, and tossing the freshly cleaned coins into a dirty container afterward, that's another brilliant idea. Sheesh.

      I just bring back the coins to life. If you are a store owner do you accept dirty and unreadable coins? After cleaning those coins I used them to buy goods and store cashiers are happy to have more coins for change. oh wait, as of now I can not clean all my coins because I found thousands of coins in a months so I just clean up a little bit to read the writings and deposit it to the bank so that my the bank will return them to central bank for remelting. Do you understand now that coins I am cleaning? Yes those are modern coins found at the beach metal detecting

      @Mr.BenjAmazingBoracay  Před 4 lety +1

      bgs9man this is just a test and you see only a few coins but I actually have gallons of tarnished coins from the sea and no bank and store accept those dirty coins in the Philippines particularly in Boracay fyi. So I need to clean them to spend rather than throwing back to the sea. These coins are worn and worthless incase there is a collectible coin. Are you willing to buy a worn dirty collectible coin? Why bother with these dirty coins if you can get new same coins from the bank of in circulation. There are billions of these coins in circulation and you can choose as you want and never mind my cleaned coins.
