Lol I looked this up because I just got home from the beach and it was cold and I really wanted to go in it because I love swimming .. i swim in cold waters before but I’m not sure if I haven’t swim in their because the water was cold from winter and needed to warm up because this was the hottest day or I can’t swim in cold .. I swim in cold on a cold day that’s how much I love swimming but now I can’t and I really wanted to show my family I can swim in the cold since no one else would go in there because it was cold .. I had been bothering my mom about going swimming and she kept saying “the water is cold wait for it to warm up” and then finally we went on a hot day and the water was freaking cold but don’t worry I’ll be prepared next time and show them how it’s done

If there are no adverse effects, daily is fine. Just be aware of the concept of cumulative risk.
