  • 2 Ingredient 2 Minute Chocolate Fudge - The Hillbilly Kitchen.
No- Fail 2 Ingredient Chocolate Fudge in 2 Minutes Only $2 per Pound Just Like Gift Shop Fudge.
This fudge is incredibly easy to make and has a rich creamy indulgent flavor. It is exactly like gift shop fudge which sells for $10 to $20 per pound depending on where you are shopping. You can make this for about $2 per pound and it literally only takes about 2 minutes. It is perfect for gift giving, something quick to take to an office party, holiday get together, potluck or hostess gift. No one will have any idea it was so easy to make.
This is a kid friendly recipe. There is nothing hot enough to cause a burn and it doesn’t require a long attention span.
Remember to put God first! :)

This woman is so down to earth. I love how in the beginning of the video she posts Put God First and I also see she's a patriot from what she has on her cupboard. She explains everything. Even that you can also use wax paper as I never have parchment paper around. I'm going to try this and be back with my thoughts, but I have a great feeling about this recipe.

I’ve been making this fudge since 1987. I use 14oz. sweetened condensed milk, 18oz. (Which is 3 cups) semisweet chocolate chips, and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract. That’s the dark fudge version. **For the milk chocolate version I substitute one cup of milk chocolate chips for one of the cups of semisweet chips. **For a creamier dark fudge I add 2 cups miniature marshmallows to the three cups of semisweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk while microwaving. **And for peanut butter fudge I use three cups of peanut butter chips instead of chocolate chips. I’ve never had a batch fail in 32 years.

Just offering a little kitchen trick. If you loosely crumple up your parchment paper before placing it into a container or pie shell, it makes it much easier to shape it to the interior of the container or pie shell.

You mix it almost the same way and heat in a microwave in small amounts if time until it is well mixed and melted, then pour it into a a buttered or lined dish and refrigerate for a couple of hours before cutting. My husband and I just made this awesomeness. Quick FYI..sweetened condensed milk says 14 oz but I measured only 12. The fudge came out great !!

I bought the ingredients and let my daughter make it "by herself" with my supervision. She's so proud and we have a nice plate of fudge to give to our family!

My wife does peanut butter and the chocolate chips and it's awesome. Use the same time in the microwave.

I also feel blessed watching these videos that show simple one step recipes with no mess . I am fifty years old with 2 9 year old girls and a fifteen year old so I am always trying to find ways to make a smaller mess for example when. I made cookies last night I put a dish towel underneath my mixing bowel so I wouldn't spill the whole made cookie mix on my clean counter.

Her accent reminds me of the five years I lived in Georgia. Coming from the North at that time, I was fascinated by the southern slang. She’s indeed a sweet spirit, and I am blessed to have found this page. God is always first.
