I realized that the reason this didn't work was because it was hooked up to the wrong printer. It looked like the title of my printer but it was actually microsoft docx. or something, so after I changed this it worked.

Just use any other browser like Edge..and select print. It's worked for me!

You have to removed printer off your desktop then connect printer back to computer add it back. Will work. Only one minutes
Phantasma I had to uninstall my printer completely with all the printer software and then reinstall it before it worked properly .
