Search- Turns windows On OFF - Microsoft print to pdf (UNCHECK)- OK- I did not reboot - Then I Checked Microsoft print to pdf (UNCHECK)- OK- I did not reboot - I opened a MS word doc - PRINT - Print to pdf and works Thanks alot

Thank you for the video, however I have tried what you have advised without success, I am running Windows 11 and when I try to print from downloads on my laptop or off the screen (displayed) it will open the print box, where I check everything as normal, but when I push the 'Print' tab it opens another box asking to name the file and where to store it ! Which I don't want, and won't print the page I want, the 'destination' reads 'Microsoft print to PDF' tried changing that but made no difference, still didn't print the page, I went to 'Printer & devices' and did a test print which worked fine, so I know the connection between laptop and printer is working correctly ! Can you advise please ? Thank you in advance 😊

Try Repairing Windows
Search cmd then run as admin and execute the following 3 commands one by one-
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Restart.
Once Done Trying Running System File Checker SFC Scan
sfc /scannow
Restart.
Windows Updates-
Install all the latest Updates and then Restart the PC.
