Why do you compare Budget airlines with normal airlines ?
Budget meat it’s cheaper and cheaper means don’t expect too much ,
Hey, I agree that budget means cheaper but you can expect basic things from them atleast. Like the luggage arriving on time without getting damaged. This video is for people who can afford a lil extra, so I’d suggest just book another flight instead of travelling so uncomfortably

We travelled from AMD to HCM . It was the best experience. The flight was mostly empty and we used 3 seats and slept like business class. leg space is bit low but a fat will also comparable. They gave free water on flight in big glasses and told us that we can refill near the tail of plane from dispenser. The experience was very nice for us. We booked our tickets with just 11000 return tickets even in our india there is no return tickets of such price for any cities. So anyways vietjet is best. For luggage limit of 7 kg we had 10kg but they allowed. For us the vietjet is the best experience. It might be that other users might have faced multiple issues. I personally prefer.
Hi, yes quite possible that some people do have a good experience with this airline. But most people flying from India to Bali have faced this issue that the luggage is transferred on the next flight & one is left with no option but to wait that too for 3-4 hours. This is one such issue, had to face many more. My personal experience was a terrible one
@@DeepalPachisiya yes. Even I was in great fear hearing yours experience Mam. But luckily it was opposite. I think they have now started providing good services to counter the previous issues. Also now it has been 3-4 months so they are working on resolutions and customer satisfaction.

Hi, the point is if you book well in advance you can get much better flights. The worst part of vietjet air while travelling to bali is most of the times the luggage gets stuck in transit and you have no option but to wait for 4-5 hours at the airport. Our entire day got wasted and to prevent that just pay a lil extra and you can get MUCH BETTER flights. Hence the video !

Hey, no when we travelled we had a layover for 1 hour at ho chi minh, no transit visa was required

Hi, I dont think it should be a problem with any other airline but with viet jet air you really cant say. They dont want to lose any chance to make extra bucks. So pls look at other youtube videos if any info is available

Yes, they have like 3 lounges. I did two layovers there for 6-7 hours on my way to Bali both coming and going. They also have sleeping pods.

Have you never travelled on a low cost carrier before? Low prices means lower expectations. Paying for seats is the norm. baggage is an add on, that's obvious. Stop trying to get likes.
Well, is not getting your luggage on time normal ? Made to wait for 5-6 hours at the airport without any apology normal ? Also since most of the people do end up paying extra for luggage I suggested to book in advance so that one can travel super comfortably by just paying a lil extra. Not trying to get any likes here, just shared my experience.

viet jet is terrible. not surprised about the luggage delay, aeroport staff were probably busy looking for stuff to steal. there's a reason why 95% of tourists never return to to viet nam a second time, the lowest rate on earth. always a ballache with that place.
