No disrespect meant but luggage thing was your fault for not going through information. It is clearly mentioned on the website that 7kg is only carry on baggage and not the check in baggage

They fool you literally. They count every single item including your purse which is suppose of be a personal item. We had just 2 kgs extra with laptop & camera. They asked buy whole checkin luggage. Which we did. And after all this expense the fair comes at similar price like Vistara Airline. Then going by vietjet is not vital if you wish for a comfortable travel family. It’s only for backapackers.
@@Ritupandit 2kg is not small weight in budget airline and that too for international travel. Try sending through FedX courier and you'll get to know the charges.

Mostly all airlines give 7 kg cabin luggage plus hand bag. They dint mention it online. Girls bags are mostly 3-4 kgs what’s left to put luggage we end up buying 20 kg.
It’s a strategy in the name of budget airline. With luggage charges & flight beverages, you can better book other airlines for better experience & luggage limit, & food & screens
