No you just need to write the stop date . Don’t write two times

We cant write 0.8 , only 800micrograms
Hi , how much info will they provide from their side for us to write prescription ? Thanks.
They tell us almost everything about the drug. Drug route, dose and days it is to be given.
Can we write our name in small letters? Or that needs to be in capital also??
I prefer everything in one type, either Caps on or Caps off. It's easier to comprehend
