- Comedian Bert Kreischer is one of the greatest partiers of all time-he was the real-life Van Wilder during his college years at FSU-but nowadays he's trying to balance the good times with fitness. To help him on his quest, brewmaster Sam Calagione introduces Bert to the joys of beer yoga at the Yoga Loft in Manhattan Beach, CA. But before they attempt to find the ultimate beer-drinker's yoga pose, Sam takes Bert on a trip down memory lane via a tasting of retro regional lagers.

I'm dead yo! 😭 The thing is you can't complain about white people adopting and making yoga their own thing cuz like yogis basically cane here and pushed it on us like missionaries anyways. I love yoga! This video is hilarious and shows how yoga really can be for anyone in whatever form! Yoga means union and so whatever it is that creates unity with your self and those around you, I would argue is yoga! Even if it means taking what was taught and adapting it to ones own culture and style for comfort and entertainment. 😊
