Payment and the house
First off, congrats on your new place again!! Super happy you guys found a place that meets your needs..You guys are absolutely right about the baby not needing it’s own room.. for the first 6 mths, you guys can have the baby sleep in a bassinet.. and I’m sure if you guys moved the bed over to the corner, hopefully you would be able to put a crib in your room as well.. nowadays, they make soo many things smaller to fit into condos.. I’m sure that you’ll find a crib that’s smaller than the regular sized one for sure… and to be honest, a lot of ethnic people don’t have their kids sleeping in their own room, they keep the baby with them in their room.. here in montreal, on the island itself, it’s getting really hard to find a house that you can afford.. so alot of couples are buying condos anyways, you guys have time, your not pregnant yet, so rack up that cash while your waiting to be pregnant and see your financial options when it comes time.. with Avri starting work, that’s additional income you didn’t have.. maybe you can put Avri salary aside and just continue to live off of simas’ salary and see how things go! Babies do not need that much space, furniture, and all of the expensive nik- naks that a lot of parents fall for. Especially first-time parents, they tend to get carried away with the mere thought that getting all of these unnecessary stuff will prove them to be the best parents. And by the second baby, they will attest that" had they known before, what they know now, their bank accounts would be bigger."
