I miss mine it was a small bunk. Wish I could put the Argosy cab on my 200" wb Cascadia frame id loose 2 ft overall in the front 13" of frame behind the cab and gain a sleeper. And still have a tare weight full fuel around 18000 lb U.S.
I've been wanting one of those trucks for years but unfortunately they don't sell them anymore here in the states. Would be nice if I could import one from Australia.
Argosy was available in the US through 2020 as a Glider Kit. if someone really wanted one they could simply by one used. They are out there, and they are almost new. and LHD.
You know what , In United States 🇺🇸 and Canada, they have Right Hand Drive cars 🚘 from Japan 🇯🇵 just like Far East Russia 🇷🇺 and Mongolia 🇲🇳. They own Right Hand Drive cars 🚘 from Japan and in Dubai, UAE 🇦🇪, the cars are converted to Right Hand Drive to India 🇮🇳 and Pakistan 🇵🇰 also some East African countries and Southern African countries, but the Dubai has the Imported Right Hand Drive cars 🚘 for Right hand drive countries. So, if you wanna come/going to South Africa 🇿🇦, Australia 🇦🇺, UK 🇬🇧, New Zealand 🇳🇿 or India 🇮🇳, Japan 🇯🇵, Pakistan 🇵🇰 or Some East African countries. Then you will see those Right hand Drive Cars and now i am in India 🇮🇳.
@@rubyrandhawa4421 Aww that's cute! Really though, I've driven autos on firetrucks, and a couple single axle dumptrucks, but I don't know about a tractor trailer. I like having a bunch of gears under me when I go to slow down. Lot of excessive brake usage for me. I generally drive a 10 Eaton Fuller, and my water truck has my favorite,a 15 speed roadranger. I guess you get used to the automatics. I met a guy with a 2019 Kenworth 990 that had a 12 speed auto. He seemed to like it.
Does anyone know the reason these cabovers are not available in the USA (left hand drive, of course) any longer? *I'm not talking about the older trucks...I know those well.
@@seanmusona9408 Thanks my brother, and you know what South Africa 🇿🇦 and Australia 🇦🇺 is the Cricket 🏏 playing brothers in the Southern World 🌍 and the Right-Hand-Driving Country for Freightliner Argosy, and let’s challenge between Australia 🇦🇺 and South Africa 🇿🇦. Love from India 🇮🇳 and in my country, it is also a cricket 🏏 friendship and Right-Hand-Driving nation.

looks very comfortable. Thanks for the video
This looks like a cabover we need in Europe, since we got new rules allowing longer trucks
It looks like a 30 year old truck compared to European trucks
No..it doesn't. Very poorly designed interior and decades behind any top of the line European truck
@@garethifan1034 but looks 100x better
Here in Australia we know how to make any truck look better than in America
Freightliner Argosy has stopped their production in 2020. So sad for me in 2020, but Freightliner is the part of Daimler trucks.
Muito lindo 😍👏 abraços aqui do Brasil 🇧🇷👽
Muito 🔝 o caminhão

You probably could get one from Australia but it would be right-hand drive

Para que sirve la reja en el parabrisas?
Nice looking cockpit, seems to be on the wrong side! Is that why there's only 2 pedals? So you don't get as confused about which foot pushes what?
Auto bro...... no confusion

How did Freightliner end up making such a crap looking truck…?!!!
Two minutes of nothing!
Nice but manual is better
It is a manual gearbox
