- Sunil Vashisht, the owner of Flying Cakes. He start a successful venture after many failed attempts. After the disheartening interaction with his father, Sunil took it upon himself to fund his studies and enrolled in Class 11 in Delhi. When it was time to pay the fees, he applied for a delivery job at a milk company in the city that paid him Rs 200 a month. He also did a job as a waiter at a farmhouse or restaurant, a salesperson at a sari store, and other times a courier delivery person. He worked hard in a famous Pizza chain, and within two years he managed to rise to the position of assistant manager. But one incident changed him and he decided to leave the job and start his own business.

Flying Cakes के Founder Sunil Vashisht जी हैं. कई असफल प्रयासों के बाद उन्होंने एक successful business शुरू किया। अपने पिता के साथ निराशाजनक बातचीत के बाद, सुनील ने अपनी पढ़ाई का खर्च उठाने का बीड़ा उठाया और दिल्ली में 11वीं कक्षा में दाखिला लिया। जब फीस देने का समय आया, तो उसने शहर की एक दूध कंपनी में डिलीवरी की नौकरी के लिए आवेदन किया, जो उसे 200 रुपये महीने का भुगतान करती थी। उन्होंने एक फार्महाउस या रेस्तरां में वेटर, एक साड़ी स्टोर में एक विक्रेता, और कभी-कभी एक कूरियर वितरण व्यक्ति के रूप में भी काम किया। उन्होंने एक famous Pizza chain में कड़ी मेहनत की, और दो साल के भीतर वे सहायक प्रबंधक के पद तक पहुँचने में सफल रहे। लेकिन एक घटना ने उन्हें बदल दिया और उन्होंने नौकरी छोड़कर अपना खुद का Business शुरू करने का फैसला किया।

मैं भी आज लगभग इसी परिस्थिति में हूं। मेरी उम्र की 31 वर्ष है पिछले 13 14 वर्षों से लगातार नौकरी कर रहा हूं।बीच-बीच में कई बार नौकरी छोड़कर अपना काम करने का प्रयास किया पर विफल रह। हर दिन यह सोचता हूं कि कल से नौकरी नहीं करूंगा लोक डाउन के बाद से नौकरी भी पूरी रूप से छूट गई। व्यापार के लिए पूंजी नहीं है और घर चलाना असंभव हो रहा है । लगता है फिर नौकरी पर ही जाना पड़ेगा।
