    I have been using your recipe for about a year. Everyone loved it. I literally have to make it when house is sleep and freeze it once cooled which is what I m doing right now.     My grandmother is gone so I have been trying to remember her recipes. I'm cooking collards on Sunday and wanted to make sure I'm on the right track so I decided to do a quick search. I saw your video & I'm so glad I did. At about 2 minutes in I knew you were my (and my grandmother's) kind of cook when you said people need to wash the bagged spinach.

    Hey Carolyn! I clean my green the same way! Sometimes I do this reversed...soak them after I remove the thicker stems and rinse then I chopped them and the soak with vinegar and salt.
