//Ingredients
Tempura Sauce
3/4 cup water
1 tsp Hondashi Powder
2 tbsp soy sauce
2.5 tbsp mirin
2 tsp sugar
Tempura Batter (all ingredients chilled)
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup potato starch
pinch of baking powder
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 egg
3/4 cup club soda + a few cubes of ice
Oysters (you can use frozen/thawed oysters)

I’ve never had oysters before but I’d totally be down to eat them this way.
Great recipe! Oysters are wonderful raw, grilled, steamed, or fried. Amazing. Just watch out and don't eat too much of it as it can increase your cholesterol level.
Here in New Zealand 🇳🇿 we have some of the best seafood in the world 🌎 so perhaps I can use fresh oysters 🐟 🐠
