Bro you have to make more of these long form “Building with no plan” videos. They always make my day. I love that they are a little longer too and it’s not just one big house, but detailing the entire terrain around.
Hell yeah I'll def make more
That build was beautiful, thanks for inspiring me to go do my own build!@@flowstatevideo
@@flowstatevideo lets GOOO
@@flowstatevideoit was such an entertaining video! Just nice and chill I love it
@@flowstatevideoHere’s some ideas if u need any I would love to see more too!
- Building a sky base with no plan
- Underwater base with no plan
- Treehouse with no plan
- Building a small city / town with no plan?
- Desert / random biome related base
- Building / Upgrading a village with no plan
im so glad channels like this exist its like the opposite of brainrot
It's brain HEALING!
6:45 - to stop the oxidation on the copper blocks, you can use honey
Honeycomb exactly, don't think bottles would work ;)
@@thegrumba2907 you can also just get straight up waxed copper in various stages of oxidization from the creative menu
Or just search for waxed copper in the creative menu
Lol, that's an actual life hack, wonder if it works in Minecraft!

"Building In Minecraft With No Plan"
6 seconds later: So the plan is to build on this river like the witcher 3
he means building smth random and then coming up with ideas on the spot as he goes along
@@user-ou6tu7rb6p Ik lol
You're doing so well man. Thanks for returning to the content you truly love.
Yessir
without having a plan, this is probably one of the coolest builds ive seen
This feels like a return to what made minecraft fun, just making something with your friends with no concrete plan and just go where the ideas take you. Thanks for reminding me!
Yessir
@@flowstatevideo This is the most nostalgic minecraft video i’ve ever watched. Would love to play minecraft with the aesthetic in the video. Which shader/mods do you use and do you know if you can install those mods you use on MC PE?.
Yesterday I was helping my nephew with a school project where he had to make an island with a town and 3 sources of electricity. I finally realized how fun it is to build because of the creativity aspect. We had a blast and I am reminded once again Minecraft is not only a survival game.
building in Minecraft can hook me for weeks
A minecraft school project? That's wild
@@benjaminkoch2380I had a class where we just built a city in minecraft for 5 weeks 💀
@@RyanGFC bruh, the closed my school ever gets to Minecraft or games in general is Kahoot 💀
You brought back over a decade old memory of technology classes where my childhood friends and I got paired to build a remote control car and have it compete against the other groups. We killed it. Don't ask me how though but the other kids stood no chances 😎🤙
this teaches more about the building process than any tutorial video. i'm going to binge everything else in this series now, if you make more you should talk a little more about what it is you're doing - like how you pick a texturing style, or composition
bro is the reason minectaft hasnt died
This and hermitcraft are the only things keeping it living
True dat
@@Toast4.5fr and mods, but honestly mods just feel like a placeholder although i don’t think i can go back after using some shaders and quality of life mods
And mods! I'm still playing 1.12.2 XD
As much as I adore these videos, he’s only recently come back to Minecraft, I’d argue the hermits is why Minecraft is popular
this video has reinvigorated my love for minecraft man
My daily dose of flowstate has arrived
True
Love this, your video's feel so REAL, its so hard to find a channel without fast paced edits and screaming every time they think something is mildly cool.
Thank you for blessing the Minecraft community with your soothing presence.
Awaiting the next great upload :)
For some reason this video made me feel so relaxed. I felt so GOOD just watching the Clarence's and everything being created. Really soothing, 10/10 video.
I think it would be really cool if you make like a "clan flag" for the Clarence outpost and a different flag for the Terrence outpost,I just think it would add a lot more to the lore and maybe indicate that the Terrences are trying to capture the Clarence's outpost. Anyways the build looks absolutely awesome and the shaders make it look even 👌
That's a good idea
I finish my work most days and just end up sitting in my room wondering what to do and bored out of my mind, and then I see youve uploaded... if your out and about somewhere it inspires me to go out and if your in playing Minecraft the stuff you do and build always inspires me so much, thank you Flowstate for making such genuine and incredible content :)
reallly enjoyed, voice isnt annoying like other minecraft youtubers. Brings a sense of comfort, 10/10
Looking forward to see what comes out of this
Yessirr
This is such a breath of fresh air compared to typical Minecraft CZcamsrs. Way more of a chill vibe and I’m here for it!
12:26 this idea popping into both of our heads “at the same time” was satisfying lol. And just added so much to the build. Big boss also gets some credit for the idea.
Hello to the random person commenting 3 years later
6:25 ooooh yeah, Meridian vibess ✨✨
These videos are weirdly nostalgic to me. It reminds me of the lego builds I would make as a kid, packing in little details and secrets around every corner. It's a floodgate of emotions that only feels like the soft waves of a river. It reminds me of the unabashed sense of fun and creativity that everyone has felt at one point in time. It makes me feel at home.
What I mean to say is thank you. This video genuinely made my day and brought back something that I didn't know that I had lost. Thank you.
It seems that everyone is getting back into minecraft at the same time. But I really am enjoying the videos you are making- thankyou :)
Diagonal fences have me tripping. Wish I could use that mod
You are such an amazing no-plan builder. Definitely shows you have so much fun and creativity with these builds. Amazing work!
The reverb/echo on the audio when you're building the cave at 15:36 is what puts you a whole other level. This video brought me so much joy and sparked my creativity so much thank you man
more of this pls i love the randomness of the builds and how the story progresses while building. super enjoyable to watch!
I recently realized that I can do… whatever I want in Minecraft. And as dumb as that sounds, since it’s a given- I’ve always worried about playing it the way “you’re supposed to”. I jumped into a world, found a village, and I’m adding to it. Literally pretending I’m a higher being helping their town grow with my powers and build them a safe and semi beautiful town they can thrive in. I’m 21. I haven’t pretended and played like this in years and it’s made me so happy.
Never even thought to give the village lore, I’ll do that next!
this gave me lots of dopamine, tyvm for sharing your builds
This just popped up on my recommended and my GOD, this video is incredible it’s so relaxing, please make many many many MANY more of these
Aww I liked the little bit of teal poking out from the copper blocks. The way you described the bridge columns, I think that's what is missing from mine, just some fat supports. Very calming video, very entertaining.
man this is like asmr for my soul.. so relaxing. Super cool video style man, never seen any videos prior but you mentioning you haven't done one of these in a while makes me hopeful that there's more to come lol. Love this.
Edit: Big respect on the horizon zero dawn mention lol, literally my favourite game.
With how many Clarences there are, Clarence's parents must've had a real good marriage
Clarence also went to private school
These are the kinds of videos that I love. Long, slow, relaxing, just having fun kinda video. To me it makes a connection between the performer and the audience by showing that not all media producers are just trying to shill out content to meet a deadline or quota and some are actually doing it because they enjoy sharing their passions with people who might also find it interesting. It’s captures the magic of early internet with how it’s just someone sharing what they love
That video was so calming, I loved it !!!!
I never watch creative mode building as I find it boring but you made me love the way you build and talk
Make more of these please
i’ve finally found you what a great little youtube experience
ayy glad to see this series back
thank you for making these, these type of videos are really inspiring and help me to build since i'm not a really experienced builder, it's so relaxing and just gets better as the video goes on
im glad to see im not the only one who loves the architecture of that bridge from the witcher 3. i cant even remember what its called but its stuck with me for years
That turned out really nice ngl
That exposure mod is sick!
Hell yeah!
The build just got better and better as the video went on! There were parts I was unsure if you could make it look any better, but you did... The end result is absolutely gorgeous, and I wish I could build like you friend. :)
I love that this feels so authentic and chill, not super high energy and it’s not too fast paced.
these are my favorite kinds of videos
man this video reminds of playing minecraft when i was younger. just picking a nice spot you come across and getting inspired then and there, building something cool, coming up with a storyline as you go along, and showing it to your friends when you're done :) i love this, i genuinely can't wait for the next installment of building without a plan! excited to see what you come up with next dude!
Your minecraft videos are the reason I keep coming back to your channel. They're just so peaceful and helps me relive what minecraft was for me when I was younger
I absolutely love the small details like the echo when talking in the wine cellar
Bro you cannot imagine how much I missed these vids. Could you build a Houseboat in the next one? :)
I can see what I can do!
@@flowstatevideo That would be awesome!
whats a plan
this is so calming, i've been watching it when i get my bursts of insomnia so i really appreciate this
I love this! Your diagonal build absolutely PRO and I love the bridge! Also the wine cellar is awesome and the naming is brilliant
10/10
Ahh..the good old Toussaint bridge from the witcher 3. Glad im not the only person who loves both minecraft and the Witcher 😅
What seed is this it looks stunning?
I’m so Glad we got another one of these videos, I swear they’re the only thing that actually relaxes me.
This video scratched an itch in my brain. Would love to see more videos like this in the future
Remember you can use beeswax to keep the copper from oxidizing
Oh interesting I didn't know that
@@flowstatevideoLiving and learning, Minecraft is full of stuff to learn about
@@flowstatevideoyou can also use an axe to scrape the wax off and return the copper to an earlier stage
you make me want to play but knowing that i am not getting the same experience is just ... making me not want to play .
So watch my videos instead!
I am. They are too good.@@flowstatevideo
Honestly one of the best builds I’ve seen, I like the slight bit of chaos and it works
yessss, I am in full support of a series like this, building with no plan is my default state and sure it sometimes takes me a long while because im just a mid level builder but its so fun to build to the landscape.
wax the copper
Building with no plan.... two seconds later: so there's this tavern I wanna base my build off of
Reference image, everything else is unplanned
I like how as you make up the builds you make up a storyline as well.
I loved watching this. it reminds me of when I was young and would build super detailed worlds with my friends and we would have no plan
bro ur texture pack?
Just realised im dumb, its vanilla tweaks
Overlay's Reimagined

Nah, that tree house really hit home for me. I cant wait to see more of your build vids, love you bro ❤️
I think it's really cool that you explain the context of the scenario. Suggestion: start with a short story premise and build the scenario to represent it.
Example: This river divides two kingdoms, and, over the years, this bridge ended up becoming an important commercial post between them, growing and attracting traders, who ended up setting up camps around it.
I love your videos.
This series was the reason I starred watching you. Bringing it back make me happy
Bro this is so simple but its so enjoyable to watch. It's very inspiring to open up creative and to just build stuff. The whole archive world is a cool idea, I might try doing that rather than finding the "perfect spot" in a world. I think one thing you should do is add a dirt barrier behind the targets, because lore wise, if they missed their target, people walking on the path behind it could be in danger that way.
I’m glad I came across this video. It’s great to see someone just build something and have fun with it. Definitely inspiring me to do something new and interesting in my own world.
This video is awesome, and so chill and calming. 👏👏👏 Great job! 👍
this attention to detail is so nice! feels like an adventure map, would be so cool to make this into an actual map or somethin
The peace, The calm and also occasional educational commentary, the music, the overall peacefulness of your vibe, and the obviousness that you are also learning as well (Ex: the part where you didn't know that walls and fences dont merge), the cinematics and just literally everything about this...
I literally just found your content 5 minutes ago as of writing this, and I already genuinely love your content.
This is why i love Minecraft. No matter how much you explore or know about it personally, you will always come across people still learning and being creative and trying new things and testing and taking such a simple game to new heights.
You might have phases where you're interested in Minecraft, and phases where You're not. But it'll never actually be a dead game. Doesn't matter how much you think You've already built or explored, there's always something new to do.
I hope you have a great day, stay safe and take care of yourself. Thank you for the content. Keep being yourself, you're best when You're yourself.
Your videos are so great to watch, I love the scenery and these sounds - it's calming my mind from all this stress and things. Keep up this good work you're doing 👏
Great video man, seriously make more of these I can’t wait to see that archive grow😃
It was so cool man I like the lore developping as you go. I find you voice in general to be calming
I love these sorts of videos, just chilling and making things up on the way, it's calming and the end reuslt is fantastic!
I LOVE THIS! Thank you for such great work. New subscriber, love the content.
this is one of the best minecraft videos i have ever seen, congrats my brother. You should definetely continue with this "The Archives" Idea, for it has such an incredible creative potential.
i love these videos they are always so relaxing to watch, thank you for coming back to Minecraft
Man these were my favorite videos It is just so fascinating how you build soo good without a plan
never seen this channel before but a really nice and relaxing video man, subscribing for sure
Fantastic build dude, you truly are up there with my favorite youtubers not only in terms of your content, but who you are and how you carry yourself. I don't know you, and respect you very much. Best wishes to you Flowstate.
i absolutely love this type of content dude. this is such a breath of fresh air, definitely keep doing these “building with no plan” videos!
really liked this format of "no plan" minecraft building! i like having this video and the sound as im playing on my phone, its kinda funny
PLEASE do more of these types of videos of the "building with no plan"!! Everything looks so gooddd
Absolutely beautiful dude. Nothing more to say. Just... Beautiful work.
I just like this Minecraft idea of working like this, kind of like working on a piece of art and just focusing on that. Making it as you go, amazing.
Wow, I’m lost for words. This just makes me so happy. Everything about it. I wish I could subscribe 100x. Cause you deserve it
This took me back to when me and my mate would just build random stuff in creative back in, i wanna say 2015. But it would always have a story behind it, just like a clarence cafe.
i love the clearances most consistent part of the video lmfao love the builds keep em up
omg never stop making these videos!! these are so chill and calming and i love hearing your thought process while you build!

This video was such a peaceful watch dude. It really makes me want to hop on minecraft or just go and do something I love because its just so real.
i am in love with this build and this series! keep it up
In the middle ages, shops and chapels were often built on bridges because of the foot traffic bridges recieved!
We absolutely need to expand on the world.and lore of the terrences and clarences
Glad youtube put me on this, Thay're so relaxing to watch, It gives me Bob painter vibes, really love it
Keep this up !
