I’m from Sydney, since 2006. You did great job, but few things to clarify. If someone from middle class or any class goes on Student visa in any of the above countries. The main thing to look after are wages during studies. The basic rate paid are much more higher than all the other countries, which help them for all the expenses, including fees & still they can do savings, which is quite difficult in other countries. Second thing is Safety & crime rate. Third but not the least ( as you already covered ) is Weather, Australian weather is similar to India, just opposite. All these points make Australia the first choice, if they want to settle down ( PR & Citizenship ).

Nowadays, getting PR is little bit difficult, as they need to have field experience ( in the field of Studies ) or they need to go to rural areas ( Canberra, Adelaide, Darwin, Hobart etc ) for 2 yrs time, but weather & wages & Safety is always at the top.

Had you kept separate points for living expenses (accom +food) and mode/median tuition fees it would have given a bit more clarity. And it was confusing when you changed the scale for post study work visa to 3. It wasn't as clear as when you changed it to 8 at the end. Just here to give feedback. Anyways but Canada should get more points in jobs than Germany because in Germany most of the indians do not know german language so it is very hard to get a job On the other hand in Canada it has a lot of companies and no language barrier so it is very easy to get a job !!!!

other factors are value of masters globally , earning in that currency , value of work experience in USA compared to other countries... I have seen people who worked in US get job anywhere in the world if the meet the skills and have the workexperience plus US - Canada mostly are truthful to their open cultural melting pot promise whereas Australia etc. don't.
