이번 영상은 단순히 릴렉스하기 위한 영상이라기 보단 한적하고 푸른 시골을 거닐면서 볼 수 있는 요소, 자연이 가진 소리를 찾아 하나하나 귀 기울여 보는 느낌의 영상이라 너무 깊게 와닿아서 평소처럼 눈을 감고 들으면서 잠을 청하는 것이 아닌, 뜬 눈으로 끝까지 지켜본 첫 ASMR 영상이다.
항상 바쁘고 빠르게 돌아가는 사회 속에서 살아가는 이들의 마음 속에서 잊혀져만 가던 시골의 한적함, 한가함 같은 감성들이 우리가 어릴적 느꼈던 그 느낌 그대로 제자리에 고스란히 남아있다는 것을 알려주는 영상이었다.
이 영상에서는 마음의 안식 뿐만 아니라 바쁜 이 사회의 젊은이라면 누구나 안고 있을 조바심, 근심 등으로부터 잠깐이나마 해방되는 듯한 여유와 평온을 얻을 수 있다고 생각한다.
사회의 흐름은 변했어도 내가 어릴 적에 보고 느꼈던 그 세상은 크게 변하지 않았다는 것을 이번 영상을 통해 상기할 수 있었다.
진정한 의미의 릴렉스는 이런 것이 아닐까.

Just think about it- it's the perfect weather. No sweat, but also no clothes that make moving a bit difficult/uncomfortable.
