    The low end of this 1199cc engine is actually better than that 999cc of i20, that's what i have observed too while test driving, because of the longer stroke as it's a bigger engine than of smaller i20 engine and it doesn't suffer that torque loss of i20 in hillies. This is the only channel that is giving a genuine review unlike the ones of so called 'fasbeam' hyundai fanboism channel which will not say this and misleading people to not buy tata.

      @alileevil Před 24 dny +1

      Go for the Swift. Its a fun to drive car and has the same acceleration from 0 to 100 kmph as the Altroz racer. Plus it gives you a mileage of 20 + kmpl. The XUV 3XO has very poor mileage, seen videos where it only manages 8 kmpl. Maruti's service is also extremely good. A local mechanic forgot to connect the radiator fan to the battery on my vehicle after a clutch plate replacement. After driving it from Bangalore to Hyderabad, the car overheated in the city. Managed to get it to a nearby Maruti service station who rectified the issue without charging me.

    • @desidaarghotiyadhokhlasing8175
      @desidaarghotiyadhokhlasing8175 Před 24 dny +2

      Altroz Racer's dynamics are well sorted, its the faster and more fun to drive car among the two. Though the XUV 3xo Petrol does have more power and torque, its extremely heavy weight does not help its case. (200kgs heavier than Altroz) Milege of Racer also should be better.
      The boot of Xuv 3xo is the smallest in its own segment, its comparable to a premium hatchback. Though legroom, shoulder room and headroom is much better in 3xo, as its a compact suv.
      There are not much differences in features between the R3 Racer and Ax5L (Petrol) Varients, Xuv has rear disks, 2 zone climate control, 60:40 rear split seats, front and rear usb, 3 pt seatbelts for all seats, level 2 adas, while Altroz has xpress cool, ventilated seats, ambient lighting, air purifer.
      3xo's more loaded package comes for an extra 1 Lakh rupees in ex showroom price (10.99 vs 11.99).
      Both are very safe 5 star rated cars.
      Whichever brand provides good service experience in your locality, go for that brand

      @@alileevil Baleno is a better option than the new swift. Its Overpriced and also a downgrade on refinement, power just for extra milege.
      Its prices are now overlapping with Baleno and Altroz NA models which have more features and baleno also has the better engine.
      The 0-100 acceleration of New Swift is NOT as good as Racer altroz with around 11.3 seconds. In fact most tests are suggesting over 13 seconds for 0-100. Slower by nearly 2 seconds compared to old swift.

      @@prudhvi953 The lag of Iturbo altroz is better contained than the Nexon Revetron Turbo which has been put into the Racer. So its certainly faster, but not enough to help it do 0-100 under 11 seconds. The only Tata ICE that ever did that was JTP developed with Jayem

    • @prudhvi953
      @prudhvi953 Před 24 dny

      @@desidaarghotiyadhokhlasing8175 I own an Altroz diesel, it clocked a little bit over 25k km in 8 months and on good days can do 0 to 100 in 12 seconds where it lags is 0 to 10 but if counted from 10 to 100 it will be significantly faster. I always doubted indirect injection turbo engines and it proves again. Never drove JTP but heard great praises about it. Driven I20 Nline MT, Slavia, Virtus (AT, MT 1.0, MT 1.5 DSG 1.5, MT) many times I can certainly vouch for the difference between direct and indirect injection. Hope Tata could fix this with their upcoming TGDi engines. Still wondering if TATA is late to the party and if Racer is worth the price and hype.
