- She spoke about the importance of taking risks in shaping the future. She also shared her own journey by focusing on importance of innovation and leadership in shaping the future. H.E DR. Sara Al Madani, is a serial entrepreneur in the field of fashion, restaurants, tech, and more.
In 2014, she was appointed as a Board Member at Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, making her the youngest board member.
In 2017, Sara was selected to be on the board of the UAE SME Council in the Ministry of Economy of Dubai. Among the awards received are the Emirates Woman Award, Ecosystem Influencer of the Year Award, GCC Inspiring Women Leaders Award (URS Asia One), Leading Emirati Mompreneur, and The Middle East Woman Leadership Award (World HRD Congress). Not sure what’s so special about what she is saying!! Average mind at best.
Probably she was nervous and that is why maybe her pitch was not so good. Nevertheless, when she gives speeches she tends to be amazing
I agree with you. I wish her all the best and I'm sure she's very successful...good for her. But she's not saying anything that everybody doesn't already know. Don't be a micro-manager; don't be an a$$h0le to your employees, encourage them, and they will stick with you in the lean times; take a standard service, change it a little, and it will make you a million $$$ (yet, she doesn't mention all the legal hassles Uber or other companies had to go thru, nor all the other people who did that but it failed), etc. Pricing is hard, reduce costs but not quality, learn from your mistakes, etc...kind of standard stuff, really. Facebook was actually not innovative...it was made for the programmer's little group of friends at his college, and just basically caught on (went viral) all by itself, because MySpace just happened to be experiencing problems (lucky). This is more of a motivational speech than anything. Wonderful lady, good for her that she is encouraging us to believe in ourselves, and yes...love her outfit...but nothing new or special here, sorry.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, they say and I think they mean natural beauty, which I don't see here.
