Vissen Not worth replacing resolve runes for this, if you're a support rakn that is.
Senn But people take Sorcery and Resolve on Rakan. Very rarely would people take Guardian on Rakan unless in very specific match ups and even then, Rakan is a top tier support.
If anything, Nimbus Cloak is the best rune in that line cause the other alternative is manaflow band, which Rakan doesn't really care for as his mana costs is easily manageable and spellbound orb, which is eh.
Rakan with Nimbus Cloak allows him to have much better engages.

edit: exactly, it doesn't make sense that it doesn't work on jayce and other low CD ult champions. For the rune has a 60s CD anyways, so... just why.
EC9 maybe because since you can reduce the CD with cooldoen reduction so 60 secs could maybe be 20 secs maybe less more dunno haven't looked into the stats yet

The fact that they put it in sorcery tree is the problem for me. Phase rush might be good on yi but Hail of Blades is just too damn good. And when you take Domination tree, you usually took Precision as the second tree.
U can just use the phantom dancer item it’s like nimbus cloak but permanently

UR CHANNEL IS SO INSANE
Its pretty good on aatrox too, the extra movment speed compliments that fact that his ult gives him bonus range, attack speed, with the new rune it basically makes it so hes unable to get kitted as easily.
it's good but boneplating and chrysalis is much better at aatrox
works well on rengar but I dont know if its worth getting rid of celerity or water walking for it
*Water walking could be removed since Celerity adds stats depending on your MS so your stats will rocket during your Ult*

Xavier Paz Same thing happened to me but then I realised wtf am I spending money on? Pixels on a skin I can barely see when I'm playing, not like it's a fortnite skin and just to get angry and flame or get flamed during game for something that's not even fun anymore after playing a thousand + games. Everyone's just addicted to ranked lol.
League is compettitive game... Every game will die if it doesnt have ranked. Casual players get bored and it doesnt matter nobody gives fck about them. Fortnite will die without ranked system...

i think its also good for Cassiopeia with celerity and Phase Rush as her keystone
MallowMen I find myself more successful with manaflow. It allows you to poke/dominate lanes without much of mana loss, and Cassio already has enough ms to kite everyone/chase.

Can u add ultimate hat again, it was rly good for support champions, and having to go for domination to get it is out of option, basically ultimate hat is just for assassins now
