- Finally! Did not get much sleep last night so did not finish on time before my meetings, Jumped on the flight, got my phone stolen when we got off the plane so that totally killed my schedule! But now we are in Marbella and life will be chill so if I am delayed tomorrow I will do the next vlog naked! haha
Enjoy this ungraded Vlog, realised it after the export but it shows how nice the Leica is right out of the camera! (A little tired during export? haha)

I showed my parents your video yesterday and we were laughing at how similar i behave to you with your ADHD, so thanks to your video yesterday I've begun to recognise why i feel like my head is buzzing from different thoughts during the and why i get so obsessed over different things which can drive people around me pretty crazy at times. So i think I'm going to go get a diagnosis and see how I can help to sort out the negative aspects of it, for me it's definitely my time keeping which is pretty much non-existant and how i tend to blurt out when people are in the middle of talking. But i think it's great to raise awareness of it because it's nice to know that I'm not alone and I can begin to feel a tiny bit less guilty about spending 4 and a half hours straight obsessing over flights around the world instead of doing english homework haha
It's great that you feel that way. But I would urge you not to jump to conclusions. There is a good reason why doctors tell their patients to stay away from internet diagnosis... Symptoms are often misleading and it is very easy to get carried away!
Lou Ayneux Yeah that is true and I'll admit I can tend to get carried away at times, however with this I'm almost certain I do have it to some degree. I felt even before making the video about his ADHD, the way Jon behaved with all the Red camera stuff and the cliff jumping for example was extremely similar to myself. My friends and family have said it before too, mainly in relation to my obsessiveness and impulsiveness. Being in my last year of secondary school which is the most important here in Ireland, I find it very difficult to stick to the task at hand or even starting studying my thoughts are just all over the place, and paying attention to people when they are speaking is near impossible for me which is a big problem in the classroom this has been the case since I was a lot younger. I think the main reason I would want to get a diagnosis is to put to rest the uncertainty of having it or not and also to get some advice in how to organise and stay more focused on the subjects i need to study. Although for now I'll leave it be and wait to be seen first before i start telling myself that I do have it. I think the main good point though is that i've recognised my behaviours and the possibility that it may be ADHD just like Jon did and I'm beginning to do something about it :)

Suit advice. Never iron it with a regular iron as you did. You are making your suit fabric shiny and making it look cheap (syntethic). If you have to fix your suit like that you shoul only use steam of the iron and never actualy make contact with the farbric. Youst friendly advice from Slovenia

Jon don't mind the cliffs stay healthy , i'm sure there are other fun things you can do that aren't as dangerous as slamming in hard water from 30 meters. cliff jumping seems innocuous but in reality the higher you go the harder the water becomes because of mass + speed.. stay healthy my friend.

is it possible to buy or use a lens with stabilisation in it
because I am getting crazy and I am getting a headache
I hate it as well, the wider lens you have the less you see the shakes. As well as stabilisation, so after having filmed myself I am now going to google lenses for an hour to find a better alternative... ;-)
Maybe try stabilization in Post in Premiere since it is rapid small shake might work well until you get some kind of physical stabilizer.
get DJI to send you the DJI osmo+ I think you guys would find that so handy

We use 50Hz so filming with 25fps or 50fps is perfect.
America uses 60Hz, filing with 30fps or 60fps is necessary.
I like the way you volg while walking with Janni and Marcus more, creating cool shots and interaction are ways better than forcused on commuting 👌🏻 But yeah Boosted board would good for some changes 👍🏻
Jon if you need to reduce wrinkles in a suit or a shirt after it being packed hang them on hangers, hang them in the bathroom and fill the bath or run the shower at highest temperature and the steam will let the wrinkles drop out

Yes, riding a bike and vlogging at the same time is SO hard. We just put up a video on our channel this week of riding bikes in Central Park and to get there, we had to ride through Times Square and I thought I was going to die. Definitely should not film and ride at the same time!

The exercise is better for you than crashing from high rates of speed. Get a non-electric skateboard. Plus you don't have to worry about recharging and getting it wet.

Check out a travel steamer for next time you need to get rid of wrinkles. Some also use shower steam in a pinch.

Grab a little plastic spray bottle and spray suit all over with water, wrinkles usually come out well, if not then hang in shower room as you are showering and works well too.
