Hololive almost never use mods/plugins. I'm sure the server admin the same as minecraft one the one in charge of JP, EN and ID minecraft server and connecting them. Probably the same guy/group that managed the Rust server.
There won't be any plugins I'm sure because....all these YEARS of playing Minecraft, the server sided stuff is still pretty much vanilla.
If they add proximity mod in their minecraft server will be really great

@@shinobu5359 safe zone sentry. she had the red circle warning on top right of her screen, meaning she is considered hostile (because she had a weapon and even fired it) for a while by safe zones; going to safe zone with that warning means death. It has a duration that remains even after death so you need to wait for it to wear off before you are safe.
same thing happen to pekora at bandit camp, while gambling she hit marine, and was immediately considered hostile by safezone for attacking. she was knocked and had to hide with the sofa as cover untill the hostile warning wears off.
