@@hey_its_branden actually he had like 3 arthroscopic surgeries in 3-4 years. He started getting them in 2017 and would come back playing the same explosive game. I think once he got to the wizards he started to chill and take rehab seriously. If you look back and combine that with covid he’s lost some muscle in his lower body in general. His explosion and elasticity is still there for the most part but he needs to get stronger again, but he still won’t be as athletic as he once was cuz he’s just 10 years older but still very athletic
Shows Russ is still fast and athletic... But NOT as fast and athletic. Which makes him mortal and amplifies his mistakes. If we gotta keep Russ next season... He HAS to play smarter. Just slow down man. He's so out of control... And he's lost a step enough that he can't recover from his errors in judgement.
