Liter bikes make great road bikes!

I give you reasons why modern liter bikes are great street bikes! It wasn’t the case in the past, but things have changed. Everyone has their minds made up, it’s time to rethink things!

For me, feet forward and hands forward in the cruiser position is uncomfortable. I have L5/S1 herniation and also have some anterior pelvic tilt. I find sport bikes way more comfortable as you do. You make good points about the benefits of the new machines, same with new sportscars - generally much safer for most users. All powerful things (cars, bikes, firearms, tools, machinery, etc) are only as dangerous as the inputs given by the user.

We could start a whole group of sport bike riders who have bad backs. I try and tell people, they have a hard time believing it. I say, just try it. You only hear people repeat, repeat, repeat, that they kill your back. EVERYONE is built different.

absolutely right! This engine is so well behaved. It is not the liter bike you would get 20 years ago.

What beautiful scenery that is. So 1K’s are too much for the streets huh, well what about Hellcats, Lamborghini’s, Corvette’s etc. All very fast but I hear no one saying that they are too much power for the streets. Leave us Litre bike riders alone. We are not all idiots while riding.

yessssss! well said. I need to tell everyone that it’s great having the power, even if it’s going from 20 to 60. it’s the top speed that everyone loses their minds over!!!!

Nice to roll on the power if you need it. Computer will help but not save you from total stupidity .
Never liked sitting up fighting the wind. Leaning forward shock is not going straight up your back.

exactly, you have to know how to ride. people have just been saying they’re no good for so long, and they kinda were that now they are written off as no good. they are a new breed now!
