Ol' 99 Animation V3

The latest, and most finished version of the animation by far. I consider this one a proud accomplishment, as it features 99's wheels automatically turning in relation to his travel, particle smoke, and rocking motions from 99 and his train.
Ol' 99 belongs to UPA, I figure.
