@@wlt3585 wouldnt say its average most bikers ive encountered dream bike is an h2 or a r1m rightfully so cuz both those bikes r very rare to see and look super clean but the s1000rr is just something man between the looks sound and power hell throw in all the tech aswell for 28k msrp thats a bargain but with the m1000rr it will prob take the place of s1000rr in terms of dream bike cuz the m1000rr just looks so dam good thats one thing about bmw their bikes just look so dam good
As a 12 year old that just got into bicycles I can confirm the best sport bike ever made is the s1000rr.

Personally have this exact bike with exact same packages and some modifications and this is easily best sport bike in the market

Yep, same reason that for the middleweights all the “CZcams motorcycle guys” are always putting down the Honda cbr650r but it’s one of the best sellers in its class nearly every year. Most of us don’t go to the track. And while some folks want the “screaming low torque” most of us want something that can go fast on the highway, is comfortable, and looks great.

Honestly that’s what I really appreciate about BMWs. Like here’s a sport bike, a naked, a heritage model, but let’s also give you heated grips, cruise control, factory saddle bags, etc. I get the allure of Ducati, but most people likely ride their motorcycles strictly on the streets and for those cases, ya, I’ll take the performance bike that can also double as a daily rider without much sweat.

I wish you could ride the brand new 2023 s1000rr, definitely a difference on the track. The DDC (Dynamic Damping Control) reacts a lot better now.
I just bought mine yesterday and rode it 170 miles home from the dealership. It's such a phenomenal bike, and I had mine in rain mode because it was, well...raining 😂. I can't wait to get the service done and get it unlocked then do a Bren tune.
I love mine got it back in March. Dealer said it was one of the first ones in the state. The suspension is amazing. I had to pull the z650 out once and I don't think I could ever have a bike without DDC I'm spoiled now.
Seriously I love you. I like you’ve embraced the concept of that business model. It’s going to be 👌. Over all smart idea with the credits. Though if your entries stack forever then couldn’t one person just get all the bikes in a given time frame if they pooled enough up?

Its the best liter bike in its class flat-out. Only thing people say is it's "too perfect". Each his own though, me personally, I've never dove into a corner with my S1K and, said, "I wish this bike was crappier and had more 'character' [flaws]".
I've had mine for 2 years and have had ZERO time in the shop and the service requirements are reasonable. It's fast as I could possibly wish and so much fun to ride. I owned the ZX10R before it and the S1000RR is superior across the board.
@@johnhulet8462 I may have lied slightly saying that the S1000rr was the only bike… like you it’s also been the zx10r but also a blackbird and a boulevard 1400 (I know it’s not a sports bike). But for speed and comfort all in one, all hail to the S1000RR honestly. It has the most features and is just a super great machine
@@rhombus2490 I had an MT09 and it was great...different, but good. The RR is just in a class by itself in terms of a perfect combination of performance and ease of use. For and only guy like me it is exactly what I want....and it's so darn fast. It's nice to see someone else who enjoys theirs like I do.

Nice! One of the best bikes out there in terms of specs and tech packages. Only thing better would've been the M 1000 RR, but that costs 10k more and I'm not sure its street legal.
My mate has the M over here in the UK and it is indeed street legal and very impressive 👍

I just picked up a Super Duke R Evo coming off an 890 Duke. The Super Duke is already more bike than i will ever need. The 890 was fun and wasnt really that sketchy. I could get into it hard and wring it out. This SDR is just a monster, and it kind of scares me. These bikes with more HP and torque than that......smh forget about it....

Just got my gsxs 950 today
CARWOW just raced one of these against a tuner car. After 3 hard half-mile runs the engine started making knocking sounds which sounded like the rod bearings were about to fail. BMW quality???
S1000 R is an even better buy and better overall bike for the money.
