I find that changing what I eat help with the period pain and flow. Have the doctor check your iron, vitamin d level if low start taking them and fish oil less dairy or dairy free if you can. Also I was thinking 🤔 of try the honeypot with a put up diaper/ period underwear to help with the issue with the wings. Thank you for the videos

Sometimes on a heavy period I end up using maternity pads. They definitely have been a life saver. Especially the lilets, as they have double wings

I no use cups disc some times pads I'll only use orgainc pads or tampons in the future when I used old stuff out
