I am 11 and I just got mines yesterday. My friends had all got theirs before me, but they were to scared to tell their moms. I said that they have to and can’t keep using their moms big pads. They all started theirs at school too, but mines was yesterday at a baby shower. Eventually one told their mom that her and her friend had started her period, and that mom told the friends mom. When u first get ur period, don’t be afraid to tell ur mothers. U need them.

I started breast budding at 8. A girl in my second grade class called me Dolly Parton.🙄 I got my period in August at 10...l screamed because l was bleeding and didn't know why. My mother let me know what was happening and my older sister gave me a pamphlet about menstruation that l still have forty years later.
I have a lot of symptoms so remind me to update March: mostly discharge and boobs April: TONS of discharge and cramps STILL NOT MUCH May: a lot of discharge and Boob growth June: A TON of sticky discharge, bloating, and boob growth July: growing of boobs, mooody and discharge August: I grew so much, I’m breaking out, lots of discharge, small cramps September: boobs hurt, discharge, hair, no period yet October: discharge and mood swings and bigger boobs November: WAY MORE DISCHARGE. Every day discharge. Bigger boobs, mood swings (REALLY BAD MOOD SWINGS) December: same, no period January: same but more discharge February: discharge is darkening and happening more frequently, sweat increase, bloating March: nothing, same things. April: sweat increase, HEAVY discharge, thought I got it but was just discharge.
Me too I started mine right after exams at the age of 10! I remember it was the last day of my exam and that night I got it! 😢. That was like yearssss ago
I remember I got mine at 9. I was so scared. My mum wasn't home and I don't have any sisters so I didn't know what to do. ( I ended up wearing 3 pairs of underwear and a bunch of toilet paper in my underwear) I knew what to do cos we had period talks at school but I didn't know where to find pads.
I wish I was 5,5 but I’m also only 10 almost 11 so yeah. Hopefully I don’t get it for a while so I can grow (I’m 4’10 and I’ll update when I get my period and at the moment I think I just got discharge this week)
I started mine at 7 and I screamed when I saw blood coming out of me, my older sister helped me since she was the only one home. She was 16, I am now 17 and I look back on that story and laugh!

Punch hair growth , odor in arm pits + downstairs ( I do use deodorant nd was well ) horrible , nd I mean horrible mood swings , discharge and boob development . Get a lot of pads/tampons or whatever you use, plssss never run out of it trust me 😅 also make sure you are maintaining proper hygiene, eat nutritious sissss loads of loveee

Im 11 and a few months ago at the last month of school I felt a bud thing in the middle of the night I thought I had breast cancer after school I told my mom and she said she thought the same thing and she told me why even know I asked my friends and I knew why I was kind of excited because I had been wanting it to happen in an puberty workshop. They didn’t really explain what it would feel like.also im kind of one of the flattest at my school other than my besite! I will edit this or reply to this, if I have any more updates!
Oh, I also forgot how I got this bad cramp in fourth grade and then in fifth grade my friend got a bad cramp in PE and I thought it was just cause of running but she had to sit out and then during math I got it and I was almost crying and my Bestie saw and we both got the same cramp in the same day.
Always have an emergency kit like a little purse with toilet paper pads /tampons wipes and an extra underwear Change ur pad ever 2-3 hrs depending on ur flow Try not to eat spicy food on your period Use a heating pad to help with cramps or a hot water bottle Thess are all the tips i have but u could ask your mom or dad for more advice

I didn’t get my period till I was 17. I never thought about it. I was extremely thin, perhaps that was a factor. Married with 4 kids. It all works out…..
i am 12 and i got my period when i was 11 about half a year ago. i didn’t start with a heavy flow, so it was hard to tell that i got it or not since the blood was sort of mixed in the discharge. i experienced the same thing going on for a few days and came to the conclusion i got my period. a few weeks later it finally became a normal flow and i knew for sure i had gotten it, i was excited about it but OH GOSH i regret wanting it. now every time i get it i want to shove my face on a pillow and scream my heart out. for girls who are excited and wanting their period, u won’t be happy about it after a few times❤️❤️❤️

Im 11 and a few months ago at the last month of school I felt a bud thing in the middle of the night I thought I had breast cancer after school I told my mom and she said she thought the same thing and she told me why even know I asked my friends and I knew why I was kind of excited because I had been wanting it to happen in an puberty workshop. They didn’t really explain what it would feel like.also im kind of one of the flattest at my school other than my besite! I will edit this or reply to this, if I have any more updates!
Oh, I also forgot how I got this bad cramp in fourth grade and then in fifth grade my friend got a bad cramp in PE and I thought it was just cause of running but she had to sit out and then during math I got it and I was almost crying and my Bestie saw and we both got the same cramp in the same day.
I just got my period help can anybody give me like tips or smth like that
Always have an emergency kit like a little purse with toilet paper pads /tampons wipes and an extra underwear
Change ur pad ever 2-3 hrs depending on ur flow
Try not to eat spicy food on your period
Use a heating pad to help with cramps or a hot water bottle
Thess are all the tips i have but u could ask your mom or dad for more advice

I’m 13 and have had all these signs since 5th grade. In 7th grade is when my hands and feet grew and everything else happened in like 5th-6th grade. Recently I’ve had lots of discharge and like dhdjshshwjhsdjdj I’m scared. I haven’t gotten mine yet and I’m kinda concerned. My mom got hers when she was 13 and there’s only 2 months until my 14th birthday… so yeah I’m scared 😭 I’ll update if I get ittt ❤

I took my first daughter to the urgent care bc I thought she had lumps on her breast like breast cancer 🤦♀️ they say they’re not even going to charge me. I think they felt bad as I was feeling embarrassed.

Bro I’m 10 and have a lot of symptoms like my lower back hurts so much I I get like so much discharge it’s like unbelievable I get cra cravings in lately. I’ve been very emotional and like in the middle of the night I have these weird energy boost.

I started breast growths in 3rd too, I’m in 5th but nothing so far. I’m just scared of wearing something light and it getting stained.

Whitish discharge everyday.. my feet and height have increased alot in the months. I could also tell my body had definitely evolved from a young girl. Anyways..

Story time about the time when i thought i have breast cancer 😚: I'm going to be 12 now but a few months ago I felt a lump and didn't know that my boobs were just growing, so I freaked out and every day i checked and it was still there 😭 and a few weeks later I told my mom and she forgot about the growth of boobs and she said lets go to the hospital and i was like no, I'm scared and etc and one day i forgot about it and i learnt that it was just my boobs growing

(1) discharge. Went away and came back (2) moody-ish. Ive just been more emotinal\ annoyed. Some days more that others (3)my breast have been sore. (4) ive also had odor in armpits and hair down there..

Okay it’s the beginning of April now still haven’t gotten it yet but I predict that I will get it sometime when I am 13 which is in May. A LOT more discharge, more cramping, a lot more bloating, tiredness, sore breasts, sore breasts, and I grew frickin 3 more inches a few months ago, and A LOT OF MORE MOOD SWINGS like my dad can just say 1 random thing and it would just SET ME OFF

I didn’t get my period till I was 17. I never thought about it. I was extremely thin, perhaps that was a factor. Married with 4 kids. It all works out…..

i am 12 and i got my period when i was 11 about half a year ago. i didn’t start with a heavy flow, so it was hard to tell that i got it or not since the blood was sort of mixed in the discharge. i experienced the same thing going on for a few days and came to the conclusion i got my period. a few weeks later it finally became a normal flow and i knew for sure i had gotten it, i was excited about it but OH GOSH i regret wanting it. now every time i get it i want to shove my face on a pillow and scream my heart out. for girls who are excited and wanting their period, u won’t be happy about it after a few times❤️❤️❤️

I was 10 so i had to use the bathroom and I went to the bathroom did bathroom stuff and I wiped and I saw the blood then I literally started crying a waterfall because I thought that I had cancer 💀 so I didn’t tell my mom until the next day because I was embarrassed and scared so I told her and she explained to me 😭 and I will never forget that day IT WAS AT NIGHT 😭

I got mine when I was ten in the middle of the year, im 12 now.
I’m 12 turning 13 really soon and my mom got her period when she was 11. When I was 11 doctors told me I would definitely get mine before I turned 12 but nope. I’ve had so many growth spurts and my breast development, pubic hair growth, and discharge have been happening for more than 2 1/2 years and me and my mom are a little worried. I’m not sure if I should get blood work or not, but I probably will 😅
