This is EPIC! I’ve had your chilli oil made for a while, it’s amazing. I don’t use it in the quantities you do though lol. The flavour of this is so beautiful, the noodle hack is one of my favourite ever and slicing prawns in half is genius. Thank you for yet another amazing recipe

OMG, I can SMELL the chili oil and garlic then the prawns, then the cilantro, then the scallions, and even the sesame seeds, all coming together in a blissful fragrance that can’t be beat. Now I’m starving! It’s late now, but guess what’s on for dinner tomorrow night? Or lunch if I can’t hold out that long. You ROCK! Thanks for this.

This looks really delicious! As you say, who doesn't like garlicky shrimp..... with a rich and spicy chili sauce and chewy noodles to soak up the yummy sauce. Wow!

I made a version of garlic chili noodles for dinner today but with wok fried tofu instead of prawns and more vegetables. It was awesome. This is going into my regular rotation as a delicious as well as quick and easy meal.

Success! made this today. noodle hack made it easy - probably needed 500gms of prawns rather than 300.

Stores in the south generally don't carry fresh lasagna sheets, but there are plenty of Asian markets around here so I'm sure I can get a good sub ✌️

Wait a second here. Frozen lasagna sheets is something you can get in Australia? I've never seen that in the USA. I mean I'm Italian American and I have a pasta machine (of course 🤣) and I can fake it, but points for Ozzyland for having frozen lasagna pasta available at the supermarket...
They’re actually fresh! Marion suggested freezing the leftovers. We have a large and thriving Italian community that has blessed us with excellent expresso and a healthy pasta appreciation
