York Station 29/7/21

Filmed trains in my own town York from 1979 on and off but mainly from 1985. Really enjoy it most of the time until lockdown a year ago and not been out much since. Hoping to get out more very soon with the camera

Very nice Trevor especially with all the trainspotters back in force and in big numbers I see. British India Line no. 35018 likes to make a steamy impression lets say whenever the train departs most times.
It was very odd a few days before this weeks The Scarborough Spa Express with both 45562 (45699) & 35018 running without a support coach but light engines only as loco swap for TSSE.

Yes plenty going on when i arrived at the Station Ricky with the 37s coming through and 35018 showing its face.Plenty on the platforms as it set off for Scarborough as well.I was told that 45562 as left here and is down South somewhere at present.....Cheers...Trevor.''

Very nice Trevor. British India Line looks like it belongs on East coast mainline trains, gorgeous engine. It was interesting to see 66013 in full EWS livery. Too many people about for my liking though. Cheers, David.
