Man…still weird not hearing these two in the booth together. The most iconic duo in NFL broadcasting for such a long time. Now they are broken up and Al Michaels doesn’t get to call many games anymore. It’s really sad.

It’s gonna be ROUGH not hearing Al’s voice on Sunday Nights anymore. I know he’s doing Thursday night on Amazon with Herbstreit, but nothing will compare to him and Chris calling the biggest games of the week.
Im only 14 and I grew up with Al and Cris on Sunday night football and seeing that Al is on Thursday night football kinda makes me sad because they were like the dynamic duo that always had the best calls.

Man that was my childhood as well. I remember we’d finish the 1pm games and you hear Carrie Underwood’s SNF song, the NBC song rolls in and then these two absolute legends pop up onto the screen. So many great calls so many great memories tgeres was just something so special about watching the Sunday Night Games with these two commentating. What I wouldn’t give to go back in time

These two made up a big chunk of my childhood. Me and my dad would always watch the Sunday night games after dinner and we would talk ball almost the entire three hours of the game. There was something special about hearing Carries SNF theme song and just sitting back and watching the games. So many iconic calls and moments. Thank you to two legends in the Broadcasting Business.

He has a rainbow and sunshine story about everyone. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
