There's alot of pr around farming being profitable. Farming is only profitable on a commercial scale. Plus does he tax to URA. Industrialization is the way to go. There's a very big multiplier if he sets up a milk plant...... jobs will be created from casuals ,production,sales and marketing ,distribution....to retail owners.....etc Uganda needs to jump this farming stage to cottage industries, large industries
I am inspired about tuition on better animal husbandry. I suggest you go to the next level by investing in value addition particular processing goat milk into yogurt. You are a passionate farmer. I hope you and other dairy farmers form a cooperative society.
