  • JACKIE ROBINSON: With the premiere of a new Ken Burns film on the life of baseball legend Jackie Robinson, premiering on Mountain Lake PBS on April 11th, we look at the impact Robinson had on the city of Montreal, and how his legacy still endures today.
    Join us for a screening of Ken Burns documentary on Sunday, April 3rd at the St. James Theatre in Montreal at 7pm. Admission will be free. It will be followed by a panel discussion on Robinson's legacy in Montreal.

    I live close to this monument that we see in the thumbnail of this video. I felt a little weird to see this in my search results.
    I'm proud this happened here... I miss the Expos of Montréal! :(

    Wouldn't it be nice to see the same acceptance of whites in sub Saharan African/Muslim countries. Well that just isn't the case, they hate the whites especially white Christians and are now slaughtering them throughout South Africa. While all this is going on, not a word said on the news about this. All the news focuses on is that white countries must embrace and submit to black African/Islam or they're racist, such a twist as to what is really going on in black Africa and their racism and hatred towards whites whereas they're being tortured to death !!
