I just love this team. The main reason they are so successful is the brotherhood in that clubhouse. They truly believe in each other and more importantly they encourage each other like family to succeed and its paying off in spades.
Some of the players even admit its like a college team fraternity type atmosphere and thats strong.
Barring injuries we should and will be a world series contender

It's always been this narrative though, Cleveland constantly plays good baseball, gets into the playoffs but ultimately loses to NY or Hou. I'm not from Cleveland but I root for them along with my home team, but I think Cleveland need to prove they can beat those two teams in the playoffs

To nitpick, you said Bibee has been the only consistent starter, but I would contend Lively has been even more consistent. Lively hasn’t had any real duds. He’s good for a minimum of 5 innings and no more than 3 runs every single time out. Bibee has had a few more dominant outings, but he’s also pitched a few duds, like when he’ll have a shutout heading into the game to the 6th and gives up 5 straight hits before being pulled. That’s happened to him 2 or 3 times. Even against the Giants, he came out and gave up 3 in the first. That simply hasn’t happened to Lively.

Thi isnt aging well.. This team hasn't hit since the Baltimore series, and now has been shutout 5 times over the last 14 games.. That is why MLB doesnt care, because the Guards are a first half team, PERIOD! They are a carbon copy of last years team, Ramirez last year, 69 RBI at the break, he fell off.. Hes doing it again this year, not a peep since the break from anyone.
