    I’m retired now but when I first started in a machine shop the old timers that trained me still wore neck ties and lab coats.

    I'd love to watch young Don make this V-block and then grind it true. Did young-Don use another V-block or a sine-table? And how do you check a V-block? ...my brain hurts. 🤕

    Don doesnt need to prove that v block is square to me. I will take his word for it.
    bough one of his vises 25 years ago great tools.

    Seems like a much more calm way to deal with people messing with tools in a toolmakers toolbox than I have. If someone asks, ok. If not....I may have lost my temper a couple of times.
