2.2 Ken Block Transit van engine reconditioned | Race Flywheel refaced | Bit of the new Speed Shop |

After not wanting to see my broken transit for a while the opportunity came to fix the engine, so Steve from SB automotive removed the engine and gave me a week to fix it while he was on a family holiday. Simon from nevlock supplied me the parts and the challenge was set. Awesome to get it back. Also I had to re-machine a race flywheel. I made a new bench for the speed shop, a workshop update will be up soon. Thanks to all involved.

Re mapped transit = cracked pistons! Have had loads through the workshop with the identical issue and the vast majority had been mapped.

I’m wondering did the guy who ground the lancia crank also face the flywheel……..with a hammer and chisel !!!!!! The new building is coming along nicely James, as for the space in the workshop, is there ever enough ??? 😂😂😂 great video as always
