I met her once at one of her concerts...........she was very nice and gracious with a great sense of humor!! Her eyes were incredible........they were a very pale greenish gold with a black ring around the outside of the iris. I will never forget those eyes! I've never seen eyes like that! Gorgeous!
Why did it have to be Lesley Gore's time? We were not ready for this. We'll miss you Lesley.....what wonderful talent and what a great lady. Such a shame........RIP.

Lesley Gore had such a wonderful strong singing voice and high range. She was a superb vocalist and a one of a kind talent the likes of which we will never see again. Miss her so much and sad I never got to hear that voice in person. She will always live on in her music.

I was there Vegas.... Great Ladies of Rock and Roll.
We saw her in Akron, Ohio long before she passed. She had pretty lost her voice. People were walking out on her. She kept turning her back to the audience. It was very sad. I'm just glad we have these videos.
