Ingredients:
- Pre made flavoured Tofu Pockets (Inari pockets)
- 450g White short grain rice (before cooking)
- 120-130mL Rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar

What sauce did you put the tofu pockets in before adding the rice?

This was actually pre-made store bought so I didn't have to flavour it but I usually use soy sauce, sugar, and dashi (stock) to flavour the tofu pockets
