- In this video, I take a backseat to Silvia, from Eureka. She shows us some products from the Eureka Oro line (their premium trim), and moves on to show us the brand new "Black Diamond" burrs. Then we move on to their brand new "Baby" hand grinders, and have a look at their new Accessories line as well.
After that, we look at the promising new Specialita Up, with a brand new large display, and an encoder on the grind adjustment knob! There is also a new 65mm all purpose weighing grinder in the 1920 line to look forward to, as well as a brew focused model.
Then, we move on to the more professional models, that can be used in a gastronomy setting: the Maxxi, Helios, and Firenze.
Most amazing of all from this grinder company, is the new line of espresso machines: Pura, Pura R, Costanza, and Costanza R.
Filmed at the Intergastra Expo in Stuttgart, Germany.

I think I could listen to Silvia all day.
listening to Silvia put '-ah' and '--sa' after every word is ASMR bliss!!
Silvia's accent is off the charts. The Italian habit of bouncing off of final syllables is adorable.
:) Agreed!
Great video. Silvia is absolutely charming. Nice to see how Eureka continues to innovate and expand its product line.
I want the dosing cup accessory for my Libra! And yes, Sylvia is absolutely charming.
These are some really beautiful new models, Silvia was amazing taking you through them all. Be interesting to see pricing when they come out
The most ASMR coffee grinder video ever.
Thanks Tom, really interesting content to add to your usual style content. Silvia did a great job showing everything, so great and lovely with the italian accent 😀
Eureka is very innovative company.
Eureka produces a confusing large (to me) number of variants of its products. Listening to Silvia explaining the differences is very pleasant.
I agree with that. That’s why I made a video comparing the various models a while ago. Adding the Oro line, and these new grinders makes the array even larger. But she did a good job explaining the differences. 👍🏻
I am only just starting my coffee journey. This kit was amazing.❤
Attsa nicea Thomasa I love the presentationa! Keep up the good work!
Nice video but hard to concentrate on the product with Silvia doing the presentation. She's absolutely charming.
Nice video,good job Tom!
Thank you. told you about the availability of the Mignon SD Pro? And a price range? for availability, I heard before summer (65 mm burrs) but no price.
Thanks again to you Tom and Silvia. The new models give the envy to have them right now! If only I was a millionaire... 😉
Great presentation 👏
Eyeballing the scale, tamping station, and espresso machine 👀 the machine may be fancier than I can afford but tempting. I loved my eureka grinder I had. That new pro looks really cool
I love the bigger dial. Maybe it's time to finally get a Mignon grinder...
Ma quanto è bella Silvia, gentile e si esprime benissimo, fantastica, ti adoro
Well done!
then you're in pretty good company... you knew how to leave Italy... more seriously, thank you to this young woman whose explanations are very clear. Personally, I'd like to know if the deadlines will be maintained and above all I'd like to know the price of the Single Dosing Pro 65mm.
Viva l'Italia
Any indication of when the espresso machines will be available? I have a Eureka Grinder might be fun to match with their espresso machine. She mentioned 2024 hopefully sooner than later so you can review.
Love Silvia accenta. I'd love to have cupa coffee there at the bootha with her. Too cute.
Looks like Eureka is going all in this year. Great news even though I hoped for more grind-to-weight grinders at various price points perhaps. And why they don’t make the larger dial standard is beyond me tbh. Did she tell you by the way if any new items will be sold in certain markets only? I hope not but it happens, right?
Well, certainly there's always more stuff in Europe, compared to the USA for example. At least that's how it seems to me.
Ok, at least now I know how to pronounce Specialita correctly, now time for saving money for it 😂
🤣 I like different English accents. İtalian En eccent is nice tho! The Italian endings 🙂
When will they release in the US and prices for the grind by weight Libra lines and Atom lines and also their espresso machines??
Any new info about release dates, specifically for the single dose pro?
I was gonna pull the trigger on a Libra but I saw a lot of users having issues with the system. I’m gonna wait until they nail it down. In the meantime I ordered a df64 gen 2 to hold me out.
The Libra has been working very well for me - just need to insert the portafilter properly. Cheers!
Love the bigger dial upgrade but open the top seems a little bit challenging.
Maybe - we'll have to see how they implement it.
@@TomsCoffeeCorner am hope the new burr can fit in my old single dose.
Maybe its just me but I prefer the "old-school" display from my Specialitá over the new touch from the 1920. I like the simplicity. Sometimes less is more.
I wonder if the new grinder dials will become available to buy as an accessory to my current Specialita !?
Yeah I am thinking of buying Mignon Zero, that dial would be so nice
Awaiting this too
Will the various 65mm burrs be released in 55mm for all users who are satisfied with the Specialita and would like to upgrade?
In your opinion, is there much difference in grinding quality between a Eureka Mignon Specialità and a Perfetto? Does 5mm flat burrs make a decisive difference? Thank you!
No, I don't feel it makes any perceptable difference for me. It's more the geometry anyway that makes a difference, not the size.
Atom W series should be the high end one, but I cannot see on the screen a burr distance function, like in Atom Smart. This technology was already developed and used in Atom Lucca - a project done in cooperation with Clive Coffee. So, I'm wondering why this very useful feature is not used in all new high end grinders of Eureka, as a standard one.
Very nice overview! Any Idea when exacly the Libra 65mm will hit the market?
Dear Richard, it will be available at the end of Spring ☺
@@eurekagrinders9555will the new black diamond burrs also be available for purchase for people who already own oro line grinders?
@@eurekagrinders9555 hey, is the Libra 65mm due soon? Sure feels like the end of Spring to me!! 😁
Hey Tom!
Do you have any knowledge on the new P series from kingrinder?
Cant find kingrinder k4 anywhere now.. :(
I guess that Kingrinder is being sued right now for the K line. :(
I don't know about the P line yet...
Hi Tom! I have a question for you regarding the delonghi dedica arte. I have been having concistant problems with underextraction. I'm using a wilfa svart grinder at its finest setting, and I know it's not meant for espresso due to the burr quality but I don't believe the extraction would be as extreme as it is. With 18g in 36g out, I'm pulling about a 12 second shot. Do you know any other variables that cod be affecting this? Thanks
Hello there!
I’m guessing that your beans are probably too old - or in other words roasted too long ago. Could also be that your grinder just doesn’t grind fine enough.

@@TomsCoffeeCorner thanks Tom, many years in the industry and im still learning. All the molecular sciences in the world can't beat the basics! Will try all these
I love when brands that are heavily associated with their country(italy in this case) and they send someone that has a thick accent fitting their country
At the 6 minute mark there is a web page showing the grind settings for the Eureka Baby Grinder. I have the Baby grinder and would like to access this web page for the grind settings. Do you have a link to the web page? Thank you
Sorry, I don't recall which site she was using. Probably the Eureka Baby site?
Any information about when the specialita up will be on the market?
They’ve just been saying 2024. I guess we will have to be patient. 😉
I would definitely buy a Eureka because of Silvia. Can they guarantee that she has touched it?
Oh boy, I think she does the marketing side, not the production side. Cheers!
@@TomsCoffeeCorner ok 💔
Will they sell the new dial as an upgrade for existing Mignions?
I am also wondering about that.
They should. Still waiting on that to go on sale.
Why did they not introduce the new grind knob that they use for the single dose oro with the other oro models? and specialita? It clearly is something many customers complain about
Any sign of the new single dose oro pro coming out?
Sorry, don’t know yet, it maybe I’ll find out at the upcoming expo. Cheers!
All Purpose? Yeah!!!
I'm out of room on my small countertop. Anybody know where I can find more info on the Libra 65 All Purpose?
I found the Libra (espresso) and Libra Brew on their website, but not the "All Purpose". 🤔
I believe it's coming in 2024, but I don't have more info...
@@TomsCoffeeCorner Ok thank you. Thought maybe I just missed it somewhere. Great content. I'm sure everybody appreciates it. 👍🏻
Wow-a.
Can we order these new dials for our existing Mignons that we cannot use to its full potential? You(Eureka) updated the digital display, BUT left the grind dial small?? What the heck are they thinking?
The new models are mainly divided into two categories:
1) models with a new screen
2) models with new rev-counter dial.
Models with the new 'Easy Setting' screen do not need an extremely detailed dial, as you can see the setting on the screen.
For models without a screen or with a 'standard' screen, we have decided to provide extra help with the detailed dial.
We've made sure to strike a balance between affordability and ease of use, just for you ☺
@@eurekagrinders9555 I see. Just not a fan of electronics that can fail dictating mechanical. Wonderful when it aids, but not dictate. Its a basic engineering that removes one of the obsolescence variables for a more user friendly long term sustainable product .
But if the confidence is there, maybe you have a life time or 20 year warranty? Are your displays fully incapsulated? Have they been tested for long term diod degradation? I still have a Nuovo Simonelli version of the Mignon "55/54"mm, and that is still functioning rather well. It might lack some of the precision improvements that can be had much easier today, but I think it will outlast digital display models. While I think it is convenient to have a weighted dose, The approach should be a default mechanical functioning grinder with aids to weigh and to adjust settings. Having a mechanical/manual grind setting, being readable and repeatable would be my first criteria in a capable grinder. Then a few bells and whistles, though I think its wise to keep coffee grinders straight forward and simple, as their function(with high precision) is. Thank you for being active in the comments!
@@eurekagrinders9555can you fit new dials on older Zero model?
Eureka Specialita UP price and eta?
I wish I knew! They just tell me sometime in 2024, but I haven’t given a price yet.
What about zero model with new multipurpose burrs?
WE DON'T NEED TIME COUNTER
I do admit a lot of great products personally would like to tried out, the new Atom, new Libra and not in this video but the Techino. But I must said theirs a lot of unnecessary products should be discontinued after the new come up. For example, Atom series, I believe this is 3rd or more generation right now and they still selling all the older model, the one with button, other with touchscreen/EX models, and this one now add on the scale plus some new series. The naming is even more confusing now that Atom series separated to W/EX/Smart/Barista.I don’t know but this is so confusing for me. Not to mentioned the Mignon series, and why you guys named all the Oro series grinders starting with Mignion as well?! Also New Atom series and new Libra, why not diamond inside burrs? What set apart from W/EX/Smart/Barista model? Is the Stark and XL basically the same, same with Perfetto and Bravo. And isn’t the Turbo just a Stark/XL without diamonds inside burrs? The Silenzio and Classico has no difference on noise levels, so what make it a different? There are so many unnecessary products, I love Eureka, I think they guys make a best home used grinder the Oro Single does and Libra I used at home, and some of the best small volume used commercial grinder, the Atom touch 75 and Helios 75 that I owned for my cafe business before. But just the line up need to be tied up.
She looks just like Gal Gadot but more beautiful 😊
كوب الجرعات الحديث اكثر انضباطاً من الفوضوية في كوب الجرعات السابق
A more detail dail could be a "nice" idea? Geezz...it should be made properly ACROSS the entire line! I can never get a consistent grind for different beans without wasting expensive coffee and time!
The new dial should be available in 2024, as far as I know. Cheers!
I would buy anything this chick sells. Just keep talking
Df54 entered the chat.... 😂
Great video and 👍🏻. Can someone translate her to English language ?
She speaks english with an Italian accent. She's Italian, so that makes sense. Btw: I wish I could speak Italian with an American accent, but all I can do is order ice cream! 😉
The closed captioning was actually pretty good. Not sure if Tom transcribes it or if Google auto generates it.
@@anthonyyu2722 CZcams does the initial transcription, but without any punctuation, and with lots of errors. So those have to be ironed out. Then I can translate the transcription to other languages.
🤦🏻♂️
Giving him the benefit of the doubt, Kadahor’s profile says he’s from Turkey so it could be the case that his exposure to English accents makes it hard.
At least to my American ears she’s completely understandable but in the couple of times I’ve spoken to an Amish and Mennonite Americans I would have appreciated subtitles.
