the way i started tearing up when u talked about grieve and how it changes with time and it's not just just something that goes away, i felt it in my soul because just last night i was having a breakdown crying missing my dad that passed away three years ago, you just have to be strong enough and know that moving on with your life will make them happy and proud

I am so so proud of you!!! If it helps, I can tell you how my fam deals with the loss of a loved one. First of all, we use their clothing for stuffed animals patterns and blankets. When my daddy passed, my momma asked me if I wanted a blanket; however, my depressed brain went putter limits. My response was, “No momma. I want you to grab one of his long sleeve shirts, sew it up and stuff it.” She looked at me like I lost it and said, “Why?” She had to sit down when I said, “Because I want to always feel his arms around me.” Daddy passed November 2019, and I still grab onto it to this day! I’m so so sorry for your loss. Love and light!!!
I experienced the same loss at the start of this year and I’m still not okay. I wanted to say that I think that you’re amazing for doing what you’re doing and giving joy to so many people, as well as being open about your mental health. Proud to be part of your bestie family 🥺
