I’m split on this one, while Artem did give Conor the idea and helped him by introducing Conor to the right person to get started, he didn’t invest his own money into it. He wasn’t on the hook for anything if the company were to fail. So while I do think what Artem did is worth something, I don’t think it’s worth 5% of the company. I think Artem would have been better off by taking the 1 million, that he wasn’t legally owed anyway, and keeping the friend he had In Conor. Conor is a pretty important and powerful person. Who knows the business opportunities that could have been open to Artem down the road.
