Don't know why fighters hate doing media, it does nothing but help your career. Figthers that are boring or dont like talking to the media then wonder why they're not getting paid as much as others. Like enthusiastically doing media is nothing but a minor inconvenience and does wonders for your career. its a reason why no one know this guys name
The American reporters are so lame.... you like chopping wood? Like living in the bush? Jake Paul fight? 30 year anniversary mean anything to you? Miss having the UFC in the UK where they ask way more relevant and well thought out questions.

I think the media also does a poor job at asking questions..they always provide an answer for the question while asking it; leaving the respondent to provide a yes / no answer.

Too often the press just asks these weird questions where the only way to respond is just a simple yes or no. Then they act like the fighter is being weird for not doing the media guy's job for him.

the media guys job. People are so freaking clueless man. Yes; it is true that journalists and media corporations profit off of covering these events. HOWEVER!!!! research has shown time and time again that the media triples or quadruples the value of these sports. Just because "hardcore fans" or self described "tough-guys" like it when fighters disregard and disrespect their media obligations because it is amusing, doesn't mean that Kron is handicapping his brand and his value immensely. What most of us fail to realize is fanfare means jack shit. Having the hate or support of the community does very little to a fighters dollar value COMPARED to sponsors and advertisers. And trust me when tell you they don't like this shit. Why was Nate always "undervalued"??? Because he is a cancer for media (the last few years he got a bit tongue in cheek and a little better ill grant that.) Kron is going down that same path, and his career will be lessened for it not strengthened.
And they ask things a certain way to try to coax specific responses out of you, for a clickbait title.
Perfectly reasonable questions, he's just an uninteresting person who clearly doesn't still want to be doing mma

i really liked his last fight. He was totally outclassed on the feet and took a lot of damages by Cub but didn't care and kept going forward the whole 15 minutes. Exciting fighter

I remember his fight against Cub Swanson. He was hit with some bombs but the way he continued to pressure Cub made you believe that if there was no time limit he would inevitably win.
Excited most to see his return. Since 2020 (and especially right now) the UFC cards don’t seem to have the same name value it feels they once did.
Made me believe he would eventually have internal bleeding...

The first thing they teach you for interviews in any kind of media education is to always try to avoid questions or at least ending question where the interviewee can answer with “yes” or “no”. Kron did his job, you and other media outlets didn’t do yours too well
Education and training are not really remarkable attributes of MMA media. Most of these journalists are untrained, unskilled incompetent average Joes who can't really carry out sophisticated thinking.

I remember an interview with Brandon and they asked him of his memories of his dad, Bruce Lee, and he said, "One of the things my dad taught me was to not let people waste my time." He did an outstanding job answering all the questions clearly. He gave his longest response in regard to Nate, someone he likes. Kron had a fallout with his father after his loss to Cub, and it appeared that Rickson was upset that Kron chose to stand with Cub as opposed to do what he was trained to do and exploit his opponent's weaknesses. That is what it at least appears to be from Rickson's response. So when Kron was asked if the 30-Year UFC anniversary and his family name meant anything, he was indifferent. Glad he is back. It looks like it was a tough transition moving away from his family to Montana.
