for future reference, after researching I found that the EAS signals will never play erratically even in a situation like this. channels will simply cut broadcast, play the three initial header tones, then play the beep. for things like this, the TTS voice used is usually NeoSpeech Paul, though I've had a hard time getting a decent download of it. also, for those in the US wanting to make one of these with the EAS tones, *_do not broadcast it on radio!!_* it is EXTREMELY illegal and can cause a huge fine from FEMA.

The screen/application will stretch to your default resolution on your PC ( full-screen window ) whatever that is but unfortunately the application is set at 1280x720 by default... hopefully wouldn't look too bad on a bigger screen, I wanted to keep the size of the application down so I kept the resolution at 720p
im using a tripple montitor setup and the sides of the video get cut off. each monitor by itself is 1366 x 768 so combined its 4098 x 768 but even when i somehow get it to windowed mode the sides are still cut off
OK check the description of this video again for a link to download a version which shows the resolutions on start up, pick one and off you go, just replace the files found in the zip with the ones you have installed already, hope it works, let us know
