I met many nice people and I saw many amazing places but the best situation happened to me was at Los Angeles airport (LAX) before the flight to NY. Asian guy was checking my passport and another employee looked at my passport and said: "Hello my Polish brother! and he shaked my hand and he added in Polish "Pole and Hungarian are 2 brothers. Either to fight and to drink together" ( Lengyel, magyar - két jó barát, együtt harcol, s issza borát). Honestly...it was the best moment during the whole trip! Absolutely brilliant! I seriously can't wait to travel to visit Hungary to meet more Hungarian brothers and sisters :)))) All the best!

In the 1960's my father visited Poland. He told me about Polish hospitality. It left quite an Impression on him that 60 years later he still talks about how wonderful the people are and how well he was treated. Our 2 countries have long history of unwavering support of each other. That makes us family. Much respect to you brother. I pay it forward by teaching my son's about our brotherhood. So the next generation does not forget.

Today's competition focuses more on static strength, so size really is much more important than mobility, which is think is correct , since this is a strongman competition, not a fitman competition.
Pudzianowski started out in a very athletic era of WSM, the slow and statically strong men like Glenn Ross stood no chance. This trend continued through the whole decade until zydrunas made his return to WSM. Pudzianowski was more of a personification of the athletic strength era that begun before his time, rather than someone who broke a trend.
I used to love watching this guy compete. He is a machine. Take a look at those finishing scorecards. He's not just winning. He's typically winning by a wide margain. I would say he did a shit-ton more cardiowork than other athletes. The dude didnt seem to tire. There have been other guys stronger than him, but he just had the perfect combination of sufficient strength, stamina an perfect technique - using every little bit to his advantage. Also it is possible that he added some diuretics to his ped-cocktail to help him stay ripped.
