I have a baby one the size of your smaller one that I bought from Etsy last year. It barely grew even though it's been a year. It has changed two leaves but seems to be only about an inch taller. I plan on getting one from Costa Farms and combining it with the baby one because it's only one vine and I want it lush. I have two Monstera Deliciosas from Costa Farms that I bought at Walmart and they have three vines each so I want the Thai Con to be lush like they are too. Yours are gorgeous. 😍 😍 😍

I cover my drainage holes with coffee filters. Since I got a Keurig I had an abundance of unneeded filters. (No Thai cons, still a hoya ho 😂).

Yep! Coffee filters define work as well! Good to see you! 💚

Thanks for the Perlite lesson! It does look like Styrofoam. Love the color of your wall by the way. Beautiful space. I just discovered your channel today. Great to be here.

Thanks for watching and welcome! The color is called “Little Sundress” by Behr. 💛

I just got my first Thai con from a local nursery a few weeks ago. Didn’t transplant it yet, wanted to make sure it acclimated properly. Just opened a new leaf, trying to work up nerve to transplant it but I’m nervous because they have it potted in something that feels spongey but solid. Don’t know if I should try to remove it or just leave it since the roots are embedded.

Thanks for watching! Sometimes it’s a little easier if the potting medium is moist. Go slow and use a slender object like a chopstick or pencil to help gently loosen things up.
