Pouring Concrete Decks on our ICF House. Can we do it ourselves??

We top our concrete foundations with Concrete decks. We did not want to use wood or composite because they require too much maintenance. See how we go from a raw foundation to backfilled, compacted, and toppped with a nice 5.5" Concrete slab with reinforcement.

I would have used all that wood to pour concrete deck with permanent supports underneath. Could have been a really nice crawl space for extra storage or mini rootceller

Sweet looking place man. Great size for a comfortable family home. Wicked garage too! I’m curious why you did Zip on the exterior. You might have mentioned it but I didn’t catch it
