Isaiah ppl are saying that Jonathan Roumi who plays Jesus in the chosen one is a knight templer. I am catholic but like I stated I pray in the name of Jesus like my church. But anyways that supposedly Jonathan is a fake catholic who is a free mason and the knight templer is part of that group. Again I'm not too sure but other youtubers are stating that. I want to see the chosen but I want to make sure first. God bless you all.

Watching this actually makes me pretty sad now because I just saw a video of a pastor essentially saying Lonnie shouldn’t be admired because he died of aids “as a homosexual”…when Lonnie didn’t even consider himself as gay, just a man who fell into sin and unfortunately paid the price like everyone else 🙁 not to mention he was abused. He needed prayer, not condemnation. Tragic how the body of Christ treats their fellow brothers and sisters without first learning the whole story

I totally agree. More sin is committed by self-righteous evangelicals guilty of gossip and slander (both of which are listed as serious sins in the New Testament) falsely condemning Lonnie for things he didn’t do than was ever committed by Lonnie. He admitted his failings but having read his autobiography I am very confident he will not only be in Heaven but will be ranked as a good and faithful servant. He was more devoted to God than I am but I was encouraged by his autobiography to seek and obey God more

I have learned recently that there was a study done on church leaders and it was determined that 30% are narcissists which is something like 10 times the normal level of narcissism within Society. I believe there's also an issue of people who are preaching God's word honestly and truly believe they've got it right and do not do much in the way of honest self-examination or searching the scriptures for indications that they might have things a little bit wrong. I've been going to Pastor Greg Locke's church for the past month or so and find his messages to be strong and powerful and relevant, but he is wrong on so many other areas and has a Cockiness that prevents him from seeing the absolute lack of scripture supporting his View on something that contradicts something he is absolutely against even though it is heavily supported by scripture. I truly believe he has the very best of intentions, but it's going to be a matter of openness to get him to examine a different perspective with an honest heart, so that he can re-evaluate his current strongly held position. There are a lot of people that have summarily dismissed him as genuinely effective and authoritative because of his various doctrinal misstep. I don't want to throw the proverbial baby out with the bathwater, so I am working on a rebuttal letter to give to him personally to hopefully challenge him to challenge himself. To be clear, I allow that I could possibly be wrong and just blind to something that has been made plain to other people. But with this issue, it's sort of like akin to me believing that there is even the slightest chance that the Earth is flat because there is so much evidence to the contrary.

I was molested by my own father as a little girl, I forgot for how long until I was awaken that it is wrong at the age of seven. I went to a priest in our little town and confess everything. I distanced myself from my father and became rebellious. I tried my best to live a normal life and didn’t tell anybody else except the priest. Nobody knows in my family even my own mother. I develop perverse thought in my head but I tried to fight it even as a child. I became atheist later on in life. I have homosexual fantasies but never acted on it, even as an atheist. My moral was so strong even I don’t believe in God. I forgive my father even before I came to know Christ. Now, that I know Him who supersedes the love of my own earthly father, I was completely free from homosexual tendencies.

Obviously the priest did nothing bc if he had, the father would have been arrested and the abuse would have ended. It's actually a priests duty to report abuse and murder to authorities. Clearly he didn't and therefore is just as corrupt and guilty as the father for not sending help in this situation. Priest was likely a pedo just like the father. Very common with priests and popes. So much evil, lies, and perversion in the cc.

As someone who had lived the gay lifestyle from 2017-2019, I succumbed to a life of bitterness afterwards towards the LBGTQ+ community. I’m improving on this bitterness, however, it’s just so sad to see everything that went down when I was going through those two years, and now it’s evolving into something more dangerous than what it once was. The lifestyle is sickening. Period, and i feel shameful on the behalf of other’s who continue to live through.
Heck! I’ll go as far as to say this in an act of humility that I, myself, have tried to seduce other’s to achieve what I wanted, but no longer does that happen, as the Bible has landed on this sound mind of mine and is now continuously re-wiring it. Praise God, seriously!

I never saw the manifest power of God operating at church, it was non denominational. I didn’t know we could actually hear the Holy Spirit speak to us until 2020 when the Lord woke me up during the night with a sentence. I must respond to what Lonnie has said here at about 21 min. because I was a victim of childhood abuse by a grandfather and attended a Calvary Chapel in 1985 where I was considered an outcast when I spoke to leadership about the situation after having gone through Christian counseling for past issues. My husband and I were in leadership positions and were fired because "we don't talk about this here ". That was the gist of the commentary! Praise God because we left there and found a more Pentecostal movement that focused on the work of Holy Spirit after that! The God I serve is a God Who is filled with compassion and love for His people. He doesn't throw us out like the trash! If you go see this movie, take a lost friend, family member, or whoever will go with you. I experienced God's beautiful love for all people, no matter what sin you have committed. The Word of God says, "that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God, there is none righteous, no not one." Whosoever calls upon the name of The Lord shall be saved, God is not willing that any perish. The gift of God is eternal life through the blood of Jesus Christ. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive all of our sins. God sent His Son Jesus into the world, not to condemn the world, but that the world would be saved through the death of Jesus on the cross. Jesus Christ is the only doorway to eternal life🙂

He promises to ultimately take away all our hurt when we go with him. He promises us eternal life. I feel like sometimes our human expectations fail us and not God.

I just watched the movie, had never heard of Lonnie Frisbee before and had a lot of questions about the end of his life. This was helpful. Lonnie's own words are amazing...so authentic, so raw, so real. He was a gift in his life, even unto the end. One of the things I've heard about the movie is the fact that God uses flawed people. This makes me appreciate Lonnie even more after hearing his last words.

My brother, and I also were molested by our babysitter, and also molested by other men along the way, and it really affected our lives terribly! The way that he described the after affects is exactly how it is, these demons come to torment, bring anger, hatred, low self esteem, thinking that no one likes you, and feeling rejected, and in actuality we were rejected by everyone, it wasn't a thought, it was reality! I Praise God that Jesus changed my life and took away all of those things, and feelings. I am set free! I only had disdain for Christians. But one night I was hung over laying on the couch And Billy Graham came on the television. We didn't have remotes back then, so I just lay on the couch and Billy started speaking, and Jesus spirit overwhelmed me and filled the room. I fell off the couch and lay on my face crying and repenting for hours. it was the greatest moment of my life. I woke up the next day like everything looked sparkling and new. In a day or two I realized I had no craving for alcohol or cigarettes. I've been free ever since. Whom the son has set free is free, indeed! Lonnie would have been 10 years older than me but everything he said is everything the Lord says to me regarding these issues. I also was in theater and the arts. I'm often mistaken for a Lesbian due to being unmarried and highly independent personality who prefers comfortable shoes. 😅 I also was abused in youth. I never was attracted to women sexually but I always felt that due to my theater background I came early to the notion that I had to settle in my mind the issues of folks feeling born gay. We need to educate about original and generational sin and how those could be definite culprits to feeling born gay. No where does the bible say if you were born this way God made you that way. Fearfully and wonderfully made scripture is non-inclusive of sin which can be original and generational. Love yes, but don't compromise scripture

My uncle Jeff had a similar story as Lonnie. He was molested as a kid by an older male, but unlike Lonnie embraced the gay lifestyle after getting married trying to overcome it. He was the greatest example of a Christian I knew, he had real love and empathy for everyone, was constantly singing praise songs and loved God and Jesus, but was very bound up by his personal demons. He contracted HIV, which became aids, and died in the mid 90's. Before his death, he had preached and ministered to people who had hiv, going out of his way too love them, encourage them minister to them, and did a lot of good though sick himself. Through him, I met many people who were gay with HIV, including a woman who's husband cheated on her giving her HIV. She was very angry and hurt, Jeff helped her and she loved God and turned her heart around. I truly believe God used his suffering to help others. When he died, my grandmother was in the room. Jeff sat up reaching out to someone and fell back into bed and died. I believe Jesus came to get him at the end. I miss him a ton, he was charismatic, funny, loving, a super person who everyone loved. I wish he was still here but take comfort he is with God. Sadly, that side of the family is filled with tragedy, so much of it, and a lot of spiritual darkness there, it would make a book in itself all that has gone on with the family which has greatly impacted my life.

It was truly a miracle how Lonnie 's eyes were wide open to the truth if God and His word in his life. And how he was able to examine himself before the Lord, reaching out to others with the unconditional love of Christ..speaking the truth towards others IN LOVE and at the same time warning people if their destiny if they did not return away from their sins. He used himself as an example and truly became an overcomer " by the blood of the Lamb and the word of his testimony." I had a brother who was gay. I looked up to him and I lived him very much.I am a Christian, and my heart broke for him. as I prayed for him for thirty years, the Lord sustained him all that time as new medications were created back in 1986. I asked the Lord to open up his eyes, and he instigated many talks about God with me in all that time.. Near in the ending as he was in hospice, and surrounded by his f llow gay friends that lived him; wh n I visited him , he said to me to leave him all be and not preach to him. Because he believed in "another Jesus that accepted him the way he was." Wh n I left,vI asked the Lord "why wouldn't he listen?" The Holy Spirit said to me " It's all about choices, and unfortunately, he made the wrong one by the heavy influence of his friends." Ron was abused by my father and a neighbor when he was in only fourteen, and I guess he forgot that part, but instead believed the lies of Satan that he was born that way. He died on August ,5,;2019. God gave him 23 years as HIV positive, to come to grps as to what he truly must do to come to Jesus, repent of that lifestyle and be set free. It is all about choices. And I lost My brother forever. If I
I hope I can reach someone with what I am saying, please consider this as well as Lonnie's testimony!!. Jesus loves you but you need to lay down your lifestyle, repent and follow him. Just found this channel and love it! Lonnie had struggles, but brought a lost generation to Christ. I struggled with addiction for almost 15 years and know how it is.

I watched this movie last night and was crying from the beginning. I purposely didn't watch anything about Lonnie until after I watched the movie. During the whole movie all I could think was about our youth today dealing with homosexuality and gender confusion. I kept thinking this is going to change so many of them. We now have to open our hearts to them just like the old folks back then needed to open up to the hippies. Everyone is just looking for love and expectance and find their home. Now I know this part of his life it all makes sense. Amazing how 30 years after his death Lonnie's life continues to be used by God. This movie being released right now is God's perfect timing. Revival!!! Woo!!! My heart can't take it! My cup is overflowing.

Amazing interview full of life lessons and insights that exposes the G lifestyle for what it really is- counterfeit. Loving all people with the redemption of Jesus Christ regardless of their choices is my conclusion.

Back in the 70’s there was a book that came out called “Don’t shoot I’m already wounded “ , People know what they’re working on in their own lives and realize that they will reap what they sow .We need to pray for each other , disciple each other in love , there is grooming going on in this world on every level . Do we want to be an agent of good or evil ? Remember we answer to God in the end for our own behaviour . I agree he had a Samson anointing , it explains so much about Lonnie’s life . God used him powerfully .

I read the first of those three books this Jan (a month or 2 ago!) As someone gave it to me as I just moved to CA and they wanted me to know the heritage of revival that's here and what's possible here! I was blown away to THEN find out the Jesus revolution movie was coming out AFTER I just read it and THEN get blessed to go experience what God did at Asbury. Our KING is on the move!!!!!
