What should be the humidity inside jars of grain in which the mycelium grows after being mixed with a spore suspension? It seems to me that your grains are a little dry. Is it possible to inject sterile water through a syringe? What if you add sugar and vitamins to the water? will this speed up growth?
Smaller jars are fine but the larger the jar, the more substrate which means more fruits / flushes etc. My ethos is try it, even if it fails you'll get to undergo the process and learn.

Awesome video thanks!
Im growing cordyceps militaris in a jar right now
I noticed you using quart jars in another video. would half quart work? It seems like a lot of substrate for a small surface area.
