This is probably the best state for flame dust to be at, it has the same amount if ho as the oldest version of flame dust, but has the survivability if someone like insanity.

i tested it with killers knife which dealt around 140 dmg. Put the Freddy hat. No dmg changes. It’s just a waste of coins really. At least, if you like the hat, it could be worth it.
